Grants all allied Echomancers [Freezing Point Protocol] with a Shield equal to {0} Healing Power. If allied targets have less than 50% HP after gaining [Freezing Point Protocol], transform [Freezing Point Protocol] into healing (each point of HP affected by [Freezing Point Protocol] is factored into each ally’s healing received).

Additionally grants the allied target [Extreme Cold Experiment], which deals Ice DMG equal to {1} Boreas’ Final ATK in a 300m radius the next time the target makes a basic attack (this DMG is considered Active Skill DMG). Grants allied Echomancers 1 instance of [Extreme Cold Experiment] every 6s.

Grants allied Water, Lightning, and Ice Echomancers [Extreme Cold Experiment], which deals Ice DMG equal to {0} Boreas’ Final ATK in a 300m radius the next time the target makes a basic attack (this DMG is considered Seed Skill DMG). Grants all allied Echomancers [Freezing Point Protocol] with a Shield equal to {1} Boreas’ Healing Power. Deals Ice DMG equal to {2} Final ATK to all enemies within a 500m radius of Boreas, freezing all affected targets for 3s. In a [Wet Environment], creates an Ice Zone in this radius.

Fires an ice blade that deals Ice DMG equal to 150% Final ATK to targets along its path. The third of every three basic attacks triggers [Extreme Cold Experiment], which deals Ice DMG equal to 150% Boreas’ Final ATK in a 100m radius (this DMG is considered Basic Attack DMG).

Base Effect:

Boreas’ Ice DMG reduces enemies’ Water RES and Lightning RES by 10% and Ice RES by 20% for 15 seconds. Triggering this effect again will refresh the duration.
Boreas can grant allies [Freezing Point Protocol]:
Grants allies a Shield which does not factor in the target’s healing received (the amount of [Freezing Point Protocol] cannot exceed double Boreas’ Max HP).
Boreas can grant allies [Extreme Cold Experiment]:
Causes the next basic attack of an allied unit to trigger one instance of Ice DMG based on Boreas’ Final ATK in an area centered on the basic attack; this damage creates an Ice Zone in a [Wet Environment]. [Extreme Cold Experiment] is considered the ally’s DMG—besides Final ATK, all other stats are based on the allied unit.

Unlocks at Seed Lv. I:

The [Extreme Cold Experiment] every 3 basic attacks increases its radius to 300m; when enemy targets are in an Ice Zone, this damage reduces Ice RES by 50% for 15 seconds. Triggering this effect again will refresh the duration.

Reduces the cooldown for [Full Encryption] granting [Extreme Cold Experiment] to once every 3 seconds; when an Ice Echomancer triggers [Extreme Cold Experiment] gained in this manner, it deals 60% more damage.

Potential Exploration

Lv. 0: When set as Leader, this Echomancer gains an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.

Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.

Lv. 4: When set as Leader, each time this Echomancer heals, the healed target's Extra DMG is increased by 60% for 30s.

Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.

Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.

Lv. 7: When set as Leader and on the field: Ice Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies a 40% [Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.

Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.

Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Boreas's healing is different from other healers. He will put a shield on his allies, which will be converted into healing. His S status is mainly due to his burst ability, which can provide 50% CRIT Rate for allies and 100% CRIT Rate for summons, making him a perfect match for Cen Ying, Elpis and many other Echomancers with summons. In addition, his buff can make allies deal Ice elemental DMG. The change in attributes combined with the choice of Traces opens room to many possibilities.
