Originally from Blackout, arrived in Senlo in November 1119. Formerly part of Hailin Public Security Bureau's Raptor Elite Detachment, or R.E.D., he was suspended with pay after two months on the job. Following a cooperation agreement between S.E.E.D. and the R.E.D., he was recalled by the R.E.D. and dispatched to S.E.E.D. He is currently serving on the Tact Team of S.E.E.D.'s Field Ops Department. Hassel is famous for his remarkable shooting skills, making him more than qualified for the Tact Team at S.E.E.D. Review
Hassel is a 6✦ Echomancer of the Skirmisher Class, with the Lightning Element. He uses his Ghosthand to wield one of his guns in combat, while shooting with his right-hand weapon himself. Despite the apparent complexity, his kit is quite simple; all his attacks deal a mix of Lightning and Physical damage, with his basic attacks having some Damage Resistance Penetration which increases when he summons his Ghosthand. Hassel passively gains [Malevolence], which is required to summon his Ghosthand and to use his ultimate. He has powerful single target attacks and is generally good against bosses, but not necessarily the best option for lightning teams in particular due to his hybrid kit requiring special team building.
High single target DPS, Great against bosses;
Can double-dip on both physical and lightning buffs, as well as hybrid-specific buffs;
Ultimate can intercept projectiles and penetrate barriers;
Third dupe gives him greatly increased Malevolence generation to offset downsides
Single target attacks make him bad against swarms when he doesn’t have Ghosthand up to grant him AoE attacks;
Ultimate is highly skewed towards physical damage, unable to take full advantage of elemental reactions;
Depends on Malevolence stacks to use his Ultimate;
Low Active Skill use count.

After triggering a combo, Hassel can then continue through his Active Skill, “Reloading Ghostgun” to deal a huge amount of damage in a short period of time. His damage is split between Physical and Lightning, allowing him to take on Bosses with different resistances. Later on in the CN version, he falls to B due to a lack of additional supporting mechanics.

Profile & Tea Time
Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
