Ice Element. The character was originally released on January 12th, 2024 in China and they will release on November 13th, 2024 in Global.
Ivana, once the third princess of the Snovelle Kingdom. Carries in her veins the endless blizzards and court intrigues of her homeland. In January 1120, she fell into the Skyrift Darkzone while sealed within a 'crystal coffin', and was retrieved by S.E.E.D. In July 1120, she emerged from the 'crystal coffin' without any external stimulation. Currently, as an unconventional member, she assists various squads in high-difficulty field operations.

Base Effect:
If the target is defeated within 2s after receiving Forming Frost, they will be frozen and enter [Everfrost] (Bosses do not trigger [Everfrost] after death), dealing Ice DMG equal to 200% MST to nearby enemies after a brief delay, and increasing Ivana Basic DR by 9%~15% [Based on DEF] for 5s (the effective DMG radius of [Everfrost] increases with the targets size).

Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).
Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.
Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.
Lv. 4: When set as Leader, when this Echomancer deals damage to boss or elite targets, the Extra DMG of Echomancers on the field is increased by 60% for 30s.
Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.
Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.
Lv. 7: When set as Leader and on the field: Ice Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies a 40% [Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.
Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.
Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Review
Ivana is a 6✦ Echomancer of the Striker Class, with the Ice Element. Her kit is based around taking advantage of her unique debuffs: [Forming Frost] which is applied to enemies on hit, and [Everfrost] which is applied to enemies if they are defeated while they have [Forming Frost]. She deals high damage overall, with generous freeze application in Wet Environments.
Pros
Fits in multiple teams, and her kit can also work by itself;
Active Skill and Ultimate provide easy Ice Zone Generation in Wet Environments;
AoE Basic attacks with powerful secondary effects;
All skills Break Block Gauges;
At 3 dupes, gains 50% Damage Resistance debuff to enemies with [Frozen] or [Everfrost].
Cons
Basic Attacks and Active Skill cannot target flying enemies;
Needs good Wet Environment generation because many elemental interactions with Ice Surfaces consume those surfaces;
Restrictive targeting on her Active Skill;
Hybrid scaling.

Tier list comment
Ivana has very good DPS output in the early game. Being an Ice Echomancer and having the ability to apply [Everfrost] makes Ivana adept at killing enemies while dealing AoE damage. However, Ivana is rather reliant on Environments.

Profile & Tea Time
Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
