Freda, born in ADA, is positive, lively and outgoing. She has a remarkable talent in architecture, but her passion lies elsewhere: She has always dreamt of becoming an idol, and has been secretly training towards this goal. She arrived in Hailin in 1120 and is now a member of the popular girl idol group, Binary Star.

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.
Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.

Review
Freda is a 5✦ Echomancer of the Support Class, with the Water Element. She does not attack enemies. Her kit is instead focused entirely on providing consistent healing and buffs through her Stage Effects. She has two Active Skills: One which provides offensive buffs, in the form of team-wide Crit, MST, and Cooldown Regeneration buffs; And one which provides a defensive buff in the form of team-wide Damage Resistance and doubles Freda’s passive healing output by halving her passive healing cooldown. Her ultimate allows a free recast of the last used Stage Effect, bypassing the Active Skill use limit, while also enhancing their healing and buffs even further.
Pros
High team-wide Passive Healing makes her one of the most consistent healers in the game, even surpassing higher rarity healers;
Good for long fights;
Fits in pretty much any team;
Provides a 15% ATK buff just by existing on the field, increased to 20% if Pris is also present;
At 1 dupe, gains even better buffs and healing output, and at 3 dupes she can use her ultimate more often, both of which are not too difficult to reach as she is a 5-star Echomancer.
Cons
Freda does not deal damage. At all;
Low defensive stats compared to higher rarity healers, will die if not protected as she cannot protect herself;
Her Burst healing is lower than healers with a dedicated Burst Healing Ultimate;

Tier list comment
The most practical Support Echomancer, suitable for any team and any play style. The reason she is classified as a buffer is because her boost capabilities are stronger. Freda can also switch modes to adapt, passively heal allies, reduce damage taken, reduce cooldown of all skills (including Seed skills once she reaches 3 dupes) and increase CRIT Rate and DMG for the team. She remains the secret 7-star at CN.

Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
