Water Element. The character was originally released on January 12th, 2024 in China and they will release on November 13th, 2024 in Global.
Longqing, a native of Haicuo and the current chief of the Goldscales. She came to Hailin at the end of 1119 and spent the subsequent months hidden in an artificial lake on the outskirts. It wasn't until May 1120, when Longqing emerged to rescue a drowning person, that she was discovered by R.E.D. Currently, she is residing at S.E.E.D. as a visitor, undergoing various adaptation trainings.

Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).
Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.
Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.
Lv. 4: When set as Leader, each time this Echomancer heals, the healed target's Extra DMG is increased by 60% for 30s.
Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.
Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.
Lv. 7: When set as Leader and on the field: Water Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies 40% [Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.
Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.
Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Review
Longqing is a 6✦ Echomancer of the Support Class, with the Water Element. Her kit is based around the usage of Aqua Shields. Aqua Shields massively reduce enemy ranged damage, but are much less effective against damage from any other sources, and when a stack of Aqua Shield is lost, it heals the protected character and deals damages to enemies in a line. Her Auto Skill heals allies every 10 seconds, with a single target heal that bounces 6 times between allies. Her Ultimate creates a High Strength barrier in a wide radius which also increases Damage Resistance for allies and deals damages to enemies inside it, pushing them outside the barrier.
Pros
Aqua Barrier can be used preemptively before allies take damage;
High base healing output on Auto Skill;
Access to High Strength barrier;
AoE Anti-Air basic attacks;
At 1 dupe, her Aqua Shield stacks with itself and gains an extra stack per cast, allowing up to 20 stacks of the defensive buff.
Cons
No “panic button” in the form of burst healing Ultimate;
The Aqua Shield can be overwhelmed by enemy attacks;
Will quickly run out of Active Skill uses if the Aqua Shield is not used sparingly;
Single target Auto Skill healing bounces might leave an ally at low health.

Tier list comment
One of the most valuable initial 6-stars, Longqing has the best healing potential and can provide substantial amounts of damage reduction through her barriers and Seed skill. She can also easily stack Inspire when using the Memory Trace “Nightmare”.

Profile & Tea Time
Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
