Introduction

Flutterpage is a 6✦ rarity character from the Star afflatus who deals Reality damage and belongs to the Sub DPS class.

A powerful follow-up attack buffer, Flutterpage is the first character to be able to increase AP. She also provides her whole team with DMG dealt and Genesis DMG dealt buffs through her forcefield. Her forcefield changes into stronger forms as she gains stacks of [Gust] through her allies' extra actions. Her Ultimate allows her to AFK by unleashing all her incantations as follow-up attacks at the start of the round, making her very AP-positive.

Channel. At the beginning of the round, recovers all Eureka, converts all own incantations into [Regards from the Sky], and casts them all if able. At the end of the round, casts 1 [Regards from the Sky]. When channeling ends, Moxie +1/2/3 depending on the current [Gust] forcefield. Unable to gain Moxie while channeling.

Regards from the Sky:

Mass attack. Deals 40% Reality DMG to all enemies, dealing an additional 40% Reality DMG to the main target.

At 5 stacks or above, she gains [Paper Parade]; at 15 stacks or above, she gains [Wave of Sheets]; at 25 stacks or above, she gains [Adieu, Mother Earth].

When performing an extra action, consumes 2 of Flutterpage’s Eureka to deal 15% Reality DMG and an additional 15% Reality DMG to the main target.

Wave of Sheets:

Forcefield. Affects all allies and additional Reality DMG is considered to be dealt by Flutterpage. When attacking, deals 15% Reality DMG and an additional 15% Reality DMG to the main target. When performing an extra action, consumes 2 of Flutterpage’s Eureka to deal 15% Reality DMG and an additional 15% Reality DMG to the main target. When performing an extra action, DMG dealt and Genesis DMG dealt increase by 2% for every stack of [Gust].

Adieu, Mother Earth:

Forcefield. Affects all allies and additional Reality DMG is considered to be dealt by Flutterpage.

When attacking, deals 15% Reality DMG and an additional 15% Reality DMG to the main target.

When performing an extra action, consumes 2 of Flutterpage’s Eureka to deal 15% Reality DMG and an additional 15% Reality DMG to the main target.

When performing an extra action, DMG dealt and Genesis DMG dealt increase by 2% for every stack of [Gust].

When performing an extra action, it is guaranteed to crit and DMG dealt and Genesis DMG dealt increase by own Crit Rate * (Crit DMG - 100%).

Lv. 1:

[Cotton Kite]: At incantation rank 1/2/3, Reality DMG dealt is increased to 150%/225%/375% and [Continuous Action I] lasts 2 rounds.

Lv. 2:

[I Can Fly]: The additional DMG from [Paper Parade], [Wave of Sheets], and [Adieu, Mother Earth] when attacking is increased to 18%/18% and additional DMG when performing an extra action is increased to 18%/18%.

Lv. 3:

[I Can Fly]: When entering battle, gains 3 Moxie and 20 stacks of [Gust]. [Wave of Sheets] and [Adieu, Mother Earth] increase DMG dealt and Genesis DMG dealt by 2.5% for ever stack of [Gust] when performing an extra action.

Lv. 4:

[I Can Fly]: The additional DMG from [Paper Parade], [Wave of Sheets], and [Adieu, Mother Earth] when attacking is increased to 23%/23% and additional DMG when performing an extra action is increased to 23%/23%.

Lv. 5:

[A Dream That Never Grows Old] [Regards from the Sky]: Reality DMG dealt is increased to 60%/60%. Moxie gained when [A Dream That Never Grows Old] channel ends is increased to +2/3/4.

Comments

“On the Hand of Time” is Flutterpage's signature psychube. It works well with her kit, giving her PEN rate and stackable Crit DMG.

“Same Old Story” works very well for her, too. While she misses out on the Beast Afflatus buff, all of her FUA during her [Channel] are mass attacks. The potential 28% DMG dealt on FUA and 18% Incantation Might substat make this a great option if you don't want to invest in her signature.

“Knock on the Door” is also a fantastic alternative to her signature. The Crit Rate substat and Incantation Might buff on mass FUA work well with her kit. You can even put her on a team with J to activate the [Burn] passive.

“Transcendent Love” is an okay substitute, though you miss out on half its passive. On Flutterpage, the psychube gives her 10% ATK and stackable Crit Rate & Crit DMG, up to 16% each.
