Flutterpage is a powerful support who provides incredible buffs through her [Force Field], which grows more powerful at the start of the round based on the number of her [Gust] stacks. These Gust Force Fields don't stack with themselves, but they work with other characters' Force Fields.

  • At 5 or more [Gust], she gets [Paper Parade]: she deals some additional Reality DMG whenever an ally attacks, and she consumes 2 Eureka to deal additional Reality DMG whenever an ally performs a follow-up attack.

  • At 15 or more [Gust], she gets [Wave of Sheets]: Same as Paper Parade but she also grants DMG Dealt & Genesis DMG Dealt to allied follow-up attacks based on how much [Gust] she has.

  • At 25 or more [Gust], she gets [Adieu, Mother Earth]: Same as [Wave of Sheets] but she also makes follow-up attacks always crit and get DMG Dealt & Genesis DMG based on Critical Rate and Critical DMG.

A note on guaranteed crits: according to tests on CN, this effect increases your Critical Rate by 100%. As a result, you really want to run an excess-Critical-Rate-to-Critical-DMG converter like Lopera so your base Critical Rate doesn't go to waste.

Flutterpage can get [Gust] in several ways. Her first skill [Knock, Knock] grants her 2 stacks of [Gust] regardless of incantation rank. Her Insight I passive grants 1 stack of [Gust] after any ally takes an action, and her Insight III grants her 10 stacks of [Gust] when entering battle.

Her second skill [Cotton Kite] is a single-target attack that grants her [Continuous Action I], which gives you 1 extra AP the next round. Because it's a named buff, it doesn't stack with itself—you can only get 1 extra AP per turn even if you cast [Cotton Kite] a bunch in one round.

Her ultimate [A Dream That Never Grows Old] turns all her incantations into [Regards from the Sky] mass attacks, casts them all, and makes her start channeling. Her channel does the same conversion-and-cast on all her incantations at the start of each round. This is a great supportive tool because your hand doesn't get clogged with her incantations (kind of like Barbara) and the extra [Regards from the Sky] helps her keep up [Gust] stacks.

Her best teammates are obviously follow-up attackers: they benefit the most from her Force Field while also granting her [Gust] by taking a lot of actions. There are so many follow-up attackers in the game that Flutterpage works in a wide variety of teams. As long as a team has some follow-up attacks, Flutterpage will be able to buff them. She can even run Barcarola's psychube Addio Coda on non-Impromptu teams to further increase DMG Bonus and the team's damage output. All in all, her AP-positive playstyle, powerful buffs, and incredible versatility make her a valuable support for any account.

Pros & Cons
Pros

  • Super AP-positive

  • Thrives in teams with lots of extra actions

  • Forcefield deals Reality DMG, increases DMG Dealt, and guarantees crits

  • Her ultimate converts all her incantations into mass attacks, allowing for massive damage while also freeing up space in the Spelldock

  • Grants 1 extra AP through [Continuous Action I]

  • Can run a 1-person Impromptu package with Addio Coda to boost damage output and grant +12% DMG Bonus to the whole team

  • Very versatile; works with Fatutu to form a powerful support core

Cons

  • While originally released as a sub-DPS, late-game enemy DEF and DMG Reduction have reduced her to a support

  • To truly shine, Flutterpage needs teammates who perform extra actions

  • Squishy—needs a good sustain on the team

Ratings

A powerful follow-up attack buffer, Flutterpage grants +1 AP, extra Reality DMG, DMG Dealt, and Genesis DMG Dealt buffs to the team. Her [Force Field] changes into stronger forms as she gains stacks of [Gust] through her allies' extra actions. Her Ultimate allows her to AFK by unleashing all her incantations as follow-up attacks at the start of the round, making her very AP-positive.

Resonance Builds
Build 1 - Flutterpage – All-Around DMG
Level
R10 - Genuinity (Incantation Might/Critical Rate/ATK)
Code
AisAJAEtETwwRUBAUChRQEJCRStEJQQ4BfQkSmY

Genuinity slightly out-damages Aspirational (Critical DMG/ATK) in this case. This build leans more heavily on ATK than Crit DMG.

If you don’t have Resonance Patterns unlocked, try this build with Placidity:

ACsAJAEtETwwRUBAUChRQEJCRStEJQQ4BUpm9CQ

Build 2 - Flutterpage – Max Investment DMG
Level
R12+ - Genuinity (Incantation Might/Critical Rate/ATK)
Code

At R12 and above, you get access to another Crit DMG piece. Higher investment means higher base ATK, allowing you to replace an ATK piece with a second and third Crit DMG piece.

Comments

On the Hand of Time is Flutterpage's signature psychube; it gives her a lot of PEN Rate and stackable Crit DMG. However, this psychube will usually be equipped by whichever FUA DPS you have on the team.

Addio Coda is a fantastic supportive option for Flutterpage when her signature psychube has been poached by the main DPS. Since she consumes Eureka on her own, you don't even need Impromptu characters on the team for this to work. This allows Flutterpage to grant 12% DMG Bonus to the whole team while also providing a small damage boost through Impromptu attacks.

Aurora After Winter is Flutterpage's best option in Bloodtithe teams; it's also just a great support option. While she can't activate the ATK buff, her Eureka consumption allows her to buff all allies' Crit DMG by 24%.

One with the Flow is really great for Flutterpage because it allows her to get Moxie much faster while also buffing allies' high-rank incantations after her ultimate. A 48% chance to get Moxie after any active action is really good.

Belt It Out is a great mono-Star support tool that increases the team's DMG Dealt by 4% per [Star] character.

A note on other psychubes

I've listed her signature and her best supportive psychubes above, but she can also utilize a lot of other psychubes if you care about her damage output more. Getian's signature Same Old Story, Isolde's Knock on the Door, and even Anjo Nala's Transcendent Love all work if you want Flutterpage to deal more damage.

Niche 1: FUA || Niche 2: -

Characters
Ezio Auditore
Flutterpage
Fatutu
Lopera
About the team

Ezio on VF-BK or VF-SK. This team is focused on triggering S1 FUAs from Ezio with [Assassin's Mark] and Ripostes. With that comes the standard FUA core of FP+Fatutu, greatly increasing every FUA and Riposte that Ezio throws out while Lopera remains semi-AFK while providing various offensive buffs and her Array, allowing Ezio to set up his damage cycles and Flutterpage to more easily charge her Ultimate. Lopera is definitely the flex slot here, being able to swap into things like Mercuria, Liang Yue if you want more proactive FUAs, Argus in single-target situations and Semmelweis if you're fishing for [Shadowstalk] procs. Note that Kassandra will most likely grab this slot once we know more about her.

Snowball Fight

Niche 1: FUA || Niche 2: Crit

Characters
Windsong
Flutterpage
Lopera
Vila
About the team

A Windsong composition focusing on short-cycle burst windows utilizing a swift rotation of FUAs from Windsong's Ultimate, Vila's constant casting and Lopera's channel to keep [Gust] stacked while ensuring that [Song of Passion] maximizes Windsong's damage output. This is probably backed by a very active defensive anchor in Lopera, who heals with every Bullet trigger, and Vila who can now auto-cast her heals. It's simple, effective and deals a lot of damage over the course of a fight.

Niche 1: FUA || Niche 2: -

Characters
Jiu Niangzi
Sentinel
Flutterpage
Fatutu
About the team

JNZ's high frequency of FUAs in her channel easily builds [Gust] and keeps [Shell Beacon] at a high uptime and her damage is further facilitated through [Adieu! Mother Earth], stacked [Spirit Shell] and +FUA DMG Dealt. This combined with her how +Incan Might stacking and now easy access to [Liquor] makes this team the highest freq FUA team in the game. In addition, this makes it very sustainable through the ridiculous amount of [Spirit Shell] bounces. Lastly, Sentinel generates a bunch of Crit Rate for all allies which is never a bad thing, though she can be swapped out for characters like Pickles(E).

Whatever, Go My Scarab

Niche 1: Heal || Niche 2: FUA

Characters
Kakania
Flutterpage
Fatutu
About the team

With Fatutu on TID and Kakania in Pos1 you're generally making any team extremely solid for whatever content you're pushing (especially Mane's Bulletin and Reveries). The TID heals getting triggered on Kakania will active the Mass Genesis DMG passive on her Insight 1, which is enough to clear most fights over-time on its own and benefits from Flutterpage's [Gust]. Works best with FUAers like Lucy, Liang Yue, Jiu Niangzi and Impromptu (not FUA but frequent hits to trigger "Unmendable Cracks" FUAs).

Flutterpage
Fatutu
About the team

Capitalizes on 37 and FP as extremely AP+ FUA Supports to give LY the leniency to cycle [Qiangliang] even at P0. The obvious buffs from FP and Fatutu apply here, with the high frequency of FUAs allowing for high "Supplementary Formula" output. In addition, Green Zone allowing [Continuous Action I] to run for 2 rounds is a god sent for teams surrounding LY, while the Red Zone allows for great output from 37 and Fatutu [Spirit Shell] stacking. 37 can be traded for Anjo Nala for riskier but smoother Ult cycling.

A+

The Orphanage

Niche 1: FUA || Niche 2: Control

Characters
37
Anjo Nala
Flutterpage
Fatutu
About the team

Contracted: 37 or Fatutu. Utilizes 37s' abundant Mass DMG with Anjo Nala's frequent Mass FUAs to set up a cycle of control with 1 round gaps (or a permanent cc cycle if you have Portraits on your 37) with FP and Fatutu as standard FUA Support core. Flutterpage massively increase 37's Genesis DMG Output through [Gust] and Fatutu's [Spirit Shell] shreds DMG RES against FUA at a ridiculous pace (and on permanent uptime through the amount of FUAs). 37 can also be traded out for Lilya or Jiu Niangzi.
