37 is a 6✦ rarity character from the Star afflatus who deals Mental damage and belongs to the Sub DPS class.
37's kit is one of the rare cases where Genesis DMG can land critical hits. Her ideal partners are characters who can consistently make use of Follow-up Attacks (also known as Extra Actions), as these will help her quickly fill her Eureka bar and trigger her own Follow-up Attack, "Supplementary Formula." A sub-DPS who synergizes well with a multitude of characters, 37 is also able to serve as a main DPS at higher Portrays.

Review
37 is a strong supportive Carry with a unique mechanic of gaining a stack of [Eureka] to unleash [Supplementary Formula], triggering a mass attack that deals 120% DMG, along with an additional 40% Genesis DMG. [Eureka] is acquired through any incantations, and if her allies have follow-up actions, she also gains a stack. Having allies with follow-up attacks is necessary for optimal performance, as Genesis DMG will be a significant part of her overall damage, making her less flexible compared to others. Her Insight III increases the critical rate by 20% and allows Genesis DMG to cause critical hits, aligning her with crit-based characters.
Getting into the specifics of her Ultimate and Incantations, she gains Eureka from both her skills, who deal additional Genesis DMG. Her skill, “Triangulation,” is a simple single-target attack. Her other skill, “Curve Mapping,” is a Mass Attack that can hit up to two enemies and also grants her a stack of [Sturdiness].
Meanwhile, 37's ultimate, “Kingdom of Geometry,” is a mass buff that gives all allies two stacks of [Numeral Perception]. This buff increases all allies' ATK by 10%, with one stack being removed after attacking. 37 then gains two stacks of [Enlightenment] for herself. This effect boosts her next incantation damage by 100% and adds two stacks of [Eureka] to herself.
Lastly, she's part of the trend of characters who significantly benefit from Portrays. At P3, for example, her ultimate’s Eureka gain becomes three, and at P5, she can gain Eureka even faster—now obtaining four stacks from her ultimate, a substantial increase. However, achieving P5 or even P3 for a 6✦ character is very challenging for F2P players, so don’t feel like you have to. Succeeding with her doesn't require Portrays, but it's worth mentioning.
Pros
Gains [Eureka] at a very consistent rate, increased with Portrays and new unit releases, making her Genesis DMG output quite high.
Fairly simple unit that can fit both a Sub-DPS and a Carry role on a team.
A lot of new and powerful units (Jiu Niangzi, Isolde, Windsong) have access to Follow-Up Attacks which makes teambuilding easier.
Cons
Mediocre damage output at P0, realistically needs P3+ to be considered a competitive Carry.
Her Ult is a notoriously bad Support tool (the buffs matter very little, and it's just for Eureka), all her “support” is in her Follow-Up Attack damage going off of other units.
