In her base form, Eternity is a tanky unit immune to [Bleed], [Corrode], and [Poison], making her a good early game carry. Her Euphoria upgrade transforms her into a powerful support for self-damage teams. As her DMG Taken Reduction, Crit Rate, and Crit DMG buffs scale with Lost HP, Eternity forms a solid support core with Semmelweis.

Tier I

Tier II

At the start of the round, for every 10% missing Max HP on an ally, grant DMG Taken -5% to that ally, stacking up to 25%.
Tier IV
When an ally attacks, for every 10% Missing Max HP the ally has, the ally gains Critical Rate +4% and Critical DMG +6% (stacks up to 5 times); if the ally's HP is below 50%, then the ally's excess Critical Rate is converted to Critical DMG.
Tier I

At base, Eternity functions as a hard-to-kill DPS character, offering remarkable sustainability through her Insight passives and her ultimate. These skills synergize to provide her with pretty good self-healing while dealing damage.
At Insight I, Eternity unlocks [Blood of Longevity], which increases her DMG Dealt and DMG Heal; she also becomes immune to [Bleed], [Corrode], and [Poison], all common debuffs you'll face early on. Insight III makes [Blood of Longevity]'s effects stronger while also turning it into [Blood of Immortality] at 5 stacks. [Blood of Immortality] offers a potent 25% DMG Bonus, 25% DMG Heal, and an immunity to [Stats Down] effects. This, combined with her 50% Leech Rate ultimate, gives her significant solo potential.
Her skills [Vigor Handbag] and [Vintage Handfan] consume some of her own HP. This made her and Semmelweis a decent self-damage team core for a while before [Bloodtithe] released. [Vigor Handbag] also inflicts [Nasty Wound], a middling debuff that can activate [Neg Status] synergy at the very least.
Her Euphoria buff transforms her from a damage dealer into a potent self-damaging support. She increases all allies' Max HP based on her own Max HP, consumes allies' HP to deal Genesis DMG, and grants all allies DMG Taken Reduction, Critical Rate, and Critical DMG based on their Missing HP. She also grants excess-Critical-Rate-to-Critical-DMG conversion to allies below 50% HP.
She saw some play after her 2.3 Euphoria buff as a Semmelweis-Eternity core. Nautika's release in 2.8 made her usage spike briefly before Sentinel's release in 3.0. Sadly, Sentinel has taken Eternity's place in the [Bloodtithe] comp. If you don't have the pulls to get Sentinel or you really like playing Eternity, though, she's still a great support for [Bloodtithe].
Complete immunity to [Bleed], [Corrode], and [Poison]
Great self-sustain due to [Blood of Longevity/Immortality] and the Leech Rate from her ultimate
Euphoria: Completely reinvents her kit, switching her to being an amazing HP Loss Support that grants a consistent way of dropping allied HP while applying various defensive buffs like +HP and +DMG Reduction. On top of that, she grants +Crit Rate and DMG (and Crit Conversion) ramping with lost HP.
Low personal DMG output when compared to most Damage Dealers and even some Supports
“Tanky” Damage Dealers are not a well-supported niche—you’d rather have DMG instead
Euphoria: Niche powercrept by Sentinel
In her base form, Eternity is a tanky unit immune to [Bleed], [Corrode], and [Poison], making her a good early game carry. Her Euphoria upgrade transforms her into a powerful support for self-damage teams. As her DMG Taken Reduction, Crit Rate, and Crit DMG buffs scale with Lost HP, Eternity forms a solid support core with Semmelweis.
Overall
Stats and Build
A mix of Critical Rate, Critical DMG, and Max HP. For a more support-oriented Eternity build. Eternity’s Euphoria buff allows her to increase all her allies’ Max HP by a percentage of her own Max HP at the start of battle. She also deals additional Genesis DMG that scales off of all allies’ Max HP after attacking. At ≤50% HP, excess Crit Rate gets converted to Crit DMG so this build also includes some crit.
If you don’t have Resonance Patterns unlocked, try this build with Placidity:

Prioritizes Critical Rate and Critical DMG. For a more damage-oriented Eternity build. Stacks as many Crit Rate and Crit DMG pieces as possible but has less Max HP.

Into the Gentle Current is Euphoria 2 Eternity's best psychube for a DPS Bloodtithe build. 12–24% Ultimate Might and 16–32% Critical DMG with a 16% HP substat is excellent. Note that this one doesn't work on Euphoria 1 Eternity because it explicitly requires Bloodtithe to work.
After that, any Max HP psychube works on Euphoria 1 & 2 Eternity. Beyond Wonderland and The Fighter's Best Wishes are both great options here. Beyond Wonderland increases Eternity's self-healing while also giving her a competitive 21% Critical Rate, while The Fighter's Best Wishes gives her some much-needed DMG Taken Reduction. You can also consider Embrace the Past or Homecoming Lament if you don't have Nautika or Sentinel.
If you're really afraid of Euphoria Eternity dying on a high-pressure stage, you can use From the Depths on her for that extra life. It has a really bad HP stat, though.
For base kit Eternity, any basic DPS psychube works. Hopscotch's 32% Ultimate Might at full stacks is great because you'll want her ultimate to hit as hard as possible for self-sustaining purposes. The other usual suspects of Brave New World and His Bounden Duty also work fine.
Night after Night is Eternity's Anecdote psychube and it grants a really solid 6% DMG Bonus, 20% Incantation Might, and 15% Ultimate Might. Note that Eternity has to be Insight III or run with a debuff-dispeller to get that 20% Incantation Might from having no [Stats Down] effects.

Spooky Scary Skeletons
Niche 1: HP Loss || Niche 2: -
Semmelweis low-freq but high-output FUAs take careful advantage of Pickles(E) buffs and Eternity provides passive high-potency Crit bonuses while passively reducing the team's HP whereas MedPoc(E) helps keep the team safe between HP states, providing healing and shielding equally while also providing their own powerful -Crit RES/DEF buff to optimize damage dealt.
Why Are You Hitting Yourself
Niche 1: HP Loss || Niche 2: FUA
Focused around getting J to as low as he can possibly go on HP values to maximize the DMG output of his "Tempering" counterattack. This is supported by Ms Newbabel(E), who easily doubles the size of his shields (to prevent the team from dying) while both Semmelweis and Eternity help lower J's HP while providing various buffs (Semmelweis through her Array and Eternity through her Euphoria) that scale with HP Lost.
