Review

Druvis is an Arcanist adept at dealing consistent Mass Damage while controlling the battlefield by inflicting [Petrify]. The Petrify status is one of the most powerful control statuses in the game, as it renders the target unable to act. It is, however, dispelled once the target is hit by a Reality DMG attack. For this reason, it is recommended to place Druvis on a Mental DMG-oriented team, or to use her Petrify as the last action of the round.

As a DPS who focuses on control, Druvis has the rare quality of helping with the team's survivability, but her own skills have average damage multipliers for a 6☆. She does have a passive that increases her own damage when she's under a buff status, but she doesn't have any buff skills to apply to herself before reaching Insight 3. Thus, team synergy is a key factor when it comes to making the most of Druvis III and allowing her to shine. 

The druid works ideally with full-Plant teams, thanks to her I3 passive, “Circle of Life”; Before reaching insight 3, players can easily achieve satisfactory results by pairing her with characters who can consistently provide buffs.

Pros & Cons
Pros

  • Surprisingly consistent and high damage output, especially at Insight 3. Both as a Carry in 3-P teams and Support in 4-P teams.

  • Can reliably combo with other Mental teams to pull off crowd control chains via her [Petrify] debuff, which is extremely potent in Limbo.

  • Her [Circle of Life] permanent buff greatly enhances teams with Plant units.

Cons

  • Before I3, needs a team built around her to unleash her potential.

  • Not ideal for Boss fights, as her strengths rely on Mass attacks and most bosses are immune to control.

“Her Second Life” can be considered Druvis' BiS for its stats, bonus to ATK and additional healing. Plant teams with Druvis will rarely come with a healer (or need one) thanks to Druvis' Circle of Life passive is often enough to keep the team alive. The healing from HSL comes as an additional safety measure, ensuring that even the characters who don't act much will remain healthy.

“Brave New World” is one of the best Psychube for Druvis if you're going for a full Damage Dealer approach. Another good option is “Blasphemer of Night" since Petrify by itself is a negative status, and usually you will pair Druvis with characters who also provide negative statuses such as Satsuki, An-An Lee and Marcus.
