While the aroma is around, Smokey & Meerky recover 50 Energy per second, and allies within the aroma recover 21% of his ATK as HP per second. Smokey & Merky cannot keep the aroma going when affected by control effects and cannot create the aroma in 4s.
Active, Smokey & Meerky heal allied heroes within the aroma by 170% of his ATK as HP, and permanently level up the aroma's effects.
Improved Aroma I: Expands the range by 1 tile.
Improved Aroma II: Grants 30 Haste to allied heroes affected by the aroma.
Unlocks at level 51: Increases HP recovery per second to 24%.

The Special Aroma gains the third upgrading effect, extending the skill effect range by 1 tile. The Aroma will be enhanced for 10s when max this skill gets the third upgrade for the first time, making the enemies in skill range lose 12% of their max HP per second. The amount of lost HP is no more than 200% of Smokey & Meerky's ATK.
Unlocks at Ex. Weapon +5: Enemies in skill range lose 14% of their max HP during the Aroma enhancement.
Unlocks at Ex. Weapon +10: The enemy is stunned for 0.1s while losing HP each time during the Aroma enhancement

Review
Smokey is an S-Level Support of the Mauler faction. Their kit revolves around the passive healing aura that their kit provides, enhancing it and allies within it at the cost of essentially standing still for the entire fight.
This most iconic skill is the passive function of their Ultimate: "Special Aroma". Smokey projects a 2-tile radius aura that regenerates the HP of all allied units inside of it. Each active cast of the Ultimate grants a new effect to the aura, with the first cast increasing its range by 1 tile and the second providing a continuous Haste buff to allies inside. Unfortunately, the aura is considered a channel, and can thus be interrupted by crowd control.
Their other skills all revolve around the aura as well. The "Energizing Formula" passive naturally applies an ATK buff to allies within range while recovering Energy for Smokey per ally affected. Their "Quick Recovery" skill instead immediately applies a burst of healing to all allies within the aura, further enhancing Smokey's supportive capabilities.
Their Exclusive Weapon is a weird one and unlocks the "Withering Potion" skill. This skill grants a third upgrade tier to the "Special Aroma", one that is only active for a limited time upon cast, increases the aroma range by another tile, and deals HP% damage to all enemies within its area of effect. At +10, while this is active, enemies are also periodically stunned for a tiny duration, preventing them from properly channeling abilities.
Smokey is a solid Support, with their only lacking features being the fact that they're hard to get to move and that they don't have much in the way of actual burst healing. Though while their healing is done over time, they also provide great offensive buffs to allies within the aura, and can generate a lot of Energy for themselves to quickly upgrade their "Special Aroma".
Great healing over time especially after a few casts of "Special Aroma".
Excellent offensive buffs in the form of extra ATK and Haste.
Literally doesn't move from their spot so long as even one ally is in the aura, making him great only in ranged-focused teams,
Aura can get interrupted by CC.
Needs to cast their Ultimate quickly to get their "Special Aroma" upgrades.
