Review
Mikola is an S-level Support hailing from the Mauler Faction, used for empowering Zoo- or Swarm-type team compositions. She excels in providing substantial healing and support to the frontline, making her a formidable presence in both PvP and PvE scenarios.
Mikola's defining mechanic is the "Heroic Duel." At the start of the battle, she places the Honor Arena, a zone marked by four pillars and a white transparent effect. The arena offers distinct benefits based on which side controls it. These benefits include consistent healing and an ATK buff for Mikola, which is determined by the number of units within the arena.
Mikola's "Vigorous Call" is reminiscent of Rowan's "Smart Stall," but with enhanced utility. It affects two allies, boosting their Physical and Magic DEF, and enables long-range healing. This eliminates the need for Mikola to be in close proximity to the ally, allowing for more flexible positioning and ensuring continuous support even from a distance.
Mikola's ultimate ability, "Dauntless Hymn," summons a 2-tile Sphere that follows her for up to 12 seconds. The Sphere significantly increases the Haste and Ranged DEF of nearby allies (excluding Mikola herself). Upon Mikola dealing damage equal to 300% of her base ATK, all allies within the Sphere's range receive healing. Unlocking Mikola's EX Weapon further enhances this ability, granting affected allies Combat Fury, which causes them to deal Damage Over Time (DOT) based on Mikola's ATK for about 6 seconds. This powerful buff, however, vanishes when the Sphere disappears.
Conclusion
Mikola is particularly effective in Dream Realm content, where she can perform admirably even at her base level. However, unlocking her EX Skill is highly recommended for the added stat boosts and the additional buff, which provides extra damage and sustain within the Honor Arena. For her EX Weapon, a +10 investment is generally sufficient, as it grants allies Vitality, enhancing the healing they receive. While Mythic+ is the ideal level for Mikola, upgrading to Supreme+ can further increase the uptime of her buffs.
In PvP, Mikola is a competent character but is vulnerable to AoE attackers like Arden and Dionel.
In AFK stages, pairing Mikola with Smokey can extend coverage, especially since Smokey's healing field is highly effective for frontline sustain. For maximum survivability and effectiveness, she is often paired with other support characters like Koko or Phraesto. Mikola thrives in traditional Mauler teams but also synergizes well with summoners such as Berial (with EX) and Flora, making her a versatile addition to various team compositions.
Season of Strife Skill
Mikola's Vanguard's Bulwark skill is an excellent choice for bolstering frontline sustain, which aligns perfectly with her primary focus.

Since the
Temporal Essence
and
Twilight Essence
are very hard to obtain, you have to be really careful with the using them to upgrade the EX weapon. And in this guide we ordered all characters by the priority when it comes to how much they need investment in their EX weapon to work well and where should you stop to get the best bang for your buck.
Why does the +8 breakpoint appear so often?
Because the raw stats you get from upgrading the EX weapon help you more than the passive in some cases. Also, to upgrade the EX from +5 to +8 you need only 30x
