Passive - Lily May enters a Defensive State at the start of a battle. When a non-summoned enemy casts their Ultimate, Lily May becomes Unaffected. She then leaps above them and shoots a Quillbolt, dealing 200% damage and interrupting their Ultimate, while causing them to lose 700 Energy. Afterward, she exits the Defensive and Unaffected States. This skill cannot interrupt boss enemies but can increase the damage Lily May deals to them by 400%.
Active - Lily May can enter Defensive State to target either all non-summoned enemies or a specific one. If defending against them all, she targets the first one to use their Ultimate. If defending against a specific one, she targets only them when they use Ultimate. Once this enemy becomes untargetable for over 3s or is defeated. Lil May switches to defending against all.

Review
Lily May is a Wilder Assassin character specializing in countering enemy Ultimate while growing increasingly powerful throughout a battle as her damage ramps up. And when we say her damage ramps up, it’s a lot.
At the core of Lily May’s kit is her Passive Ultimate, fully active even with just one copy. This ability cancels an enemy Ultimate, drains their Energy, and deals damage. While she cannot interrupt bosses, she compensates by dealing bonus damage against them, making her one of the best bossing characters once she’s powered up with a few more dupes. Her Ultimate also has an active state, enabling her Counter to be used again after it has already been triggered.
Lily May’s Basic Skill is deceptively strong, granting her Invincibility while attacking. This allows her to survive, often as the last one standing, forcing enemies to target your Tanks or other more durable units.
One unique feature of Lily May is her EXP bar. During battle, she earns EXP from her Normal Attacks and Skills, with a significant boost from kills or assists. When the EXP bar is full, she gains a stacking ATK bonus and Enhanced Attacks with extra True damage based on the enemy’s max HP. This mechanic allows her to become progressively stronger as the battle continues.
Story and AFK Stages: Lily May’s damage often exceeds expectations, making her a viable DPS carry even without considering her ability to counter enemy Ultimates. While she may fall off at high deficits, this is a common challenge for most damage dealers.
Dream Realm: In the Dream Realm, Lily May outshines even long-standing favorites like Marilee, Odie, and Korin, thanks to her boss damage bonus and ATK% growth.
PVP: Lily May revolutionizes the PVP meta by nullifying Eironn’s instant Ultimate at the start of battle while dealing significant damage herself. Her damage rapidly increases with each kill, and her Basic Skill’s Invincibility makes her surprisingly difficult to take down. While it's possible to protect Eironn by using other instant Ultimate characters like Niru or Bryon to absorb her Counter, this strategy often leads to suboptimal team compositions, highlighting Lily May's strength and impact on the PVP landscape.
Battle Drills: With her prowess against both bosses and regular mob stages, Lily May becomes one of the top choices for this game mode.
Lily May’s base kit, including her counter, is already formidable at a single copy.
Legendary+: Grants her DEF penetration.
Mythic+: Accelerates her ATK% growth.
Supreme+: Increases the Energy removal from her Ultimate from 700 to 1000 Energy.
Supreme+ EX +8: This is a good “budget” stopping point, offering a boost to her damage and survivability.
+10: Provides an additional boost to her damage and survivability.
+15: Offers a significant increase in damage output.
Lily May is one of the best rate-up characters to date, excelling in all game modes. If you’ve been saving your rate-up letters, now is the time to use them, as she is the kind of meta-defining character that doesn’t come around often.
Arcane Barrage is a small but welcome addition to her damage output, providing an extra projectile after three Normal Attacks hit a target. This Seasonal Skill further enhances her already impressive capabilities.
Reliable Counter against Eironn Teams, bypasses Enlightening Spell protection.
High Damage in both bosses and regular battles, Good carry potential to go along with her utility.
Grows stronger the longer the fight goes on.
Surprisingly good survivability due to her mobility and Invincibility windows.
Comes with a Lily May plushie hat at max affinity.
Can be countered by smart placement of Bryon or Niru, who will “eat” her Ultimate Cancel allowing Eironn to get his Ultimate out.
Requires team buffs to ramp up her damage faster.
