All enemies on the battlefield are pulled toward the center, with the gravitational force increasing as they get closer. Cooldown: -
Range: Global
Cyran mimics some of Merlin's impressive spells, casting them in the following sequence when a battle starts:
Enlightening Spell: Grants himself 30 Haste for 8s, during which he is unaffected.
Confining Spell: Deals 25% damage to the rearmost enemy, imprisoning them for 1.5s and preventing them from moving or acting.
Star shard Spell: Conjures a dark flame across the battlefield, dealing 40% true damage to all enemies and reducing their ATK SPD by 20 for 5s.
Unlocks at Ex. Weapon +5: Increases dark flame damage to 45%.
Unlocks at Ex. Weapon +10: If Merlin is present on the enemy side, Merlin is silenced for 8s when a battle starts, preventing Merlin from casting any skills. Any skills Merlin would've cast when a battle starts are triggered after silence ends, at which point Cyran loses 5% of his current HP. If Merlin is absent on the enemy side, Cyran permanently increases his ATK by 10%.
Unlocks at Ex. Weapon +15: Increases dark flame damage to 50%.

Review
Cyran is an S-Rank character of the Mage class who belongs to the Lightbearer faction featuring a CC-heavy kit based around attacking grouped up enemies and PvP disruption.
His first skill targets the biggest group of enemies and deals damage in a small AoE radius around his attack, while his second skill lifts an enemy for a second and throws them at a group of enemies, dealing moderate damage.
His Ultimate is similar to Eironn’s ultimate without the MDEF debuff and being slower to activate. However, it is with a bigger payoff in the form of instant defeat of enemies at low HP, similar to Odie’s Ultimate.
Now, for a quick overview of his performance in the various game modes:
Story and AFK stages – Cyran can work quite well in AFK stages in the Lightbearer team along with Rowan and Hugin to complete the faction bonus, with Rowan providing energy and Hugin providing shields and Haste. Cyran’s damage is not the best so he pairs well with reliable DPS heroes such as Bonnie or Arden. Though, Eironn having a frontloaded Ultimate along with his debuff often makes it harder to justify running Cyran’s slower kit, and it doesn’t help that a big part of his kit is PvP-Exclusive.
Dream Realm – Cyran’s damage is low and he does not provide enough utility in the form of buffs or debuffs to make him worth using against bosses.
PvP – This is where Cyran shines, filling in a niche, he has a powerful role in the form of Anti-Artifact disruption. This effect is the most powerful against solo carry teams that rely on the Enlightening Spell Artifact, such as Dionel teams. But even disregarding this powerful effect, such as against stall teams running other Artifacts, Cyran can still be a powerful pick for PVP in Eironn nuke teams, as he provides an additional way to group up enemies, while also potentially instantly defeating them at low HP, even if Eironn gets countered by Lily May. He is mostly made to be used in CC-oriented attack teams and does very well in that role.
Cyran’s base kit, including the instant defeat part of his Ultimate, is already usable at a single copy for AFK stages, but he will need the raw stats from extra dupes for that ability to trigger as you climb into higher deficit stages.
Legendary+ gives him more Crit.
Mythic+ gives him personal Artifact-like buffs.
EX +10 unlocks his Artifact Denial ability, making him much more useful in PvP.
Supreme+ gives him an extra 200 Energy at the start of battle.
To be used just for grouping up enemies in AFK stages, Cyran works fine even at 1 dupe, but he needs more dupes to trigger his Ultimate’s instant defeat ability depending on enemy relative stats.
To be used in PvP, Cyran works best starting from Mythic+ with his EX +10 weapon to unlock his artifact denial ability.
Cyran is a decent alternative to Eironn in AFK stage pushing and serves a powerful counter against enemies who rely on their artifact in PvP, as well as a good fit in CC-based teams, most notably Eironn Nuke teams. Pull for him if you are interested in his PvP potential, otherwise, he is a safe skip.
Anti-Artifact Hero.
Powerful CC Package.
Instant Defeat effect Ultimate similar to Odie’s, but in an AOE.
Works as a second Eironn.
Low Damage.
Slow to get his Ultimate out without his S+ and an Energy Battery support.
PvP-Exclusive effect in one of his M+ skills, making him lag behind in other gamemodes.
Doesn’t do much against CC-Immune enemies.
