Noire was released during the 2.5 patch in the CN version of the game. We translated Noire skills ourselves, as such, there's a chance of localization errors. We will add the official translations as soon as they will be released. Please contact us directly to report any errors.
Mass attack. Deals 450% Mental DMG to all enemies. For each type/stack of [Neg Status] on the enemy, increases Mental DMG by 100% / PEN Rate by 3%, up to +500% Mental DMG / +30% PEN Rate. For each stack of [Genius Insight], there is a 6% chance of casting this ultimate again. When [Genius Insight] reaches 8 stacks, this chance increases by an additional 40%. Each repeated cast depletes 5 stacks of [Genius Insight].
Genius Insight:
[Genius Insight]: Special. After casting an Ultimate, there is a chance to cast it again. This chance increases based on the number of stacks.

[Dramatic Moment]: Each type/stack of [Neg Status] on the enemy now increases Mental DMG by 120% / PEN Rate by 4%, up to +600% Mental DMG / +40% PEN Rate.
Lv. 5:
[Dramatic Moment]: The Mental DMG dealt is increased to 550%.
