Self channel. Aleph [Memorize] the first 2 basic incantations actively casted this round and enters the [Hyperthymesia] status for 1 round.
Memorize:
Memorizes the rank, Inspiration points, and Rewrite effects of incantations.
Hyperthymesia:
Channel. This status channels until the next round, ending right before the AP Area resolves. When this channel status ends, the memorized incantations are added to the spell queue and casted alongside all other incantations from the round. These memorized incantations are considered actively cast, but do not grant any Moxie. Afterward, grant attack instances +2 to [Impromptu Incantation] for the round, and all non-final attack instances of Impromptu Incantation this round inflict the [Interpretation] status on the attack target, with the final attack instance also dealing an additional (the target's stacks of [Interpretation] x 80)% Mental DMG to each enemy target holding the [Interpretation] status. Aleph cannot act while channeling, and all stacks of [Interpretation] are removed from enemies after the final attack instance of Impromptu Incantation.

Clarification:
Pos Status. Incantation Might +10% (stacks up to 4 times, each stack is timed independently).
Max Eureka +2.
Whenever an ally consumes Eureka, accumulate points of [Inspiration]. At the start of each round, gain Eureka +4. Whenever an ally in the [Clarification] status actively casts and attacks with an incantation, Aleph consumes 1 Eureka to make 1 attack instance of [Impromptu Incantation] this round inflict [Interpretation] on the target hit.
DMG Dealt +8% when the caster enters battle.
Each time after this unit consumes Eureka, there's a 25% chance to recover 1 Eureka.
Clarification:
Pos Status. Incantation Might +10% (stacks up to 4 times, each stack is timed independently).
Interpretation:
Neg Status. Mental DEF -10%, DMG Taken Reduction -10%; each stack beyond the first inflicts Mental DEF -2% and DMG Taken Reduction -2%; lasts for 3 rounds (stacks up to 8 times, each stack is timed independently).
Aleph doesn't have an Euphoria update yet. If it will be released, we will add it here.

Aleph is a 6-star support character designed specifically for use in Inspiration teams. While his kit may appear complicated at first, he’s actually quite easy to understand and integrate into your [Impromptu Incantation] team as long as you're familiar with the basics of the archetype.
His Insight I increases his Eureka at the start of every round. Additionally, when an ally with [Clarification] uses an incantation, he buffs this round’s [Impromptu Incantation] by increasing the number of times it attacks and granting it the ability to inflict [Interpretation] on the enemy. This status reduces the enemy’s damage taken, and for each additional stack, it reduces Mental DEF and damage taken by an extra 2%. This is extremely valuable because the [Impromptu Incantation] mechanic functions as a burst. You use cards with [Inspiration] points to trigger it and deal damage to random single targets, so Aleph directly enhances that damage potential.
With Insight III, he also gains a chance to recover Eureka after using it.
His skill [Idealist’s Declaration] is a buff that grants stacks of [Clarification] to all allies. It also consumes Eureka to add more stacks. The skill is simple: it increases your incantation damage and activates the passive mentioned earlier.
His first skill, [Disciplinary Power], is one of the best parts of his kit. It's a single-target attack that lets Aleph enter [Continuous Action I] and consumes Eureka to boost [Impromptu Incantation]'s damage. His entire kit revolves around increasing your damage, especially that of [Impromptu Incantation]. The extra AP creates more opportunities to build Inspiration and apply damage-enhancing effects, making it perfect for this archetype.
His ultimate, [Reflections of Omniscience], is a self-channel ability that allows Aleph to [Memorize] the first two basic incantations cast in the current round and enter [Hyperthymesia] for one round. This is perhaps the only slightly complex part of his kit. In simple terms, he remembers the first two basic incantations cast and reuses them on the following turn. This also increases the number of [Impromptu Incantation] attacks by 2 and applies [Interpretation] to each attack except the final attack, which consumes all stacks of [Interpretation] to deal bonus damage based on the number of stacks.
Aleph, as you can tell, is a pure Inspiration unit whose entire purpose is to empower your [Impromptu Incantation]. Whether it's through debuffs, increasing the number of attacks, providing team-wide buffs, or enabling burst potential with his ultimate, [Inspiration] teams are where he excels. However, since he is highly specialized, you should already have other Inspiration characters to get the most out of his kit. That said, his AP skill can still be useful in certain non-Inspiration teams.
Easy slot in any Inspiration Team; Aleph’s mechanics are built entirely around the [Inspiration] and [Impromptu Incantation] systems
One of the rare units who can provide extra AP
Excellent damage buffer for [Impromptu Incantation], enabling high burst potential by increasing the number of [Impromptu Incantation] attacks and reusing incantations through [Memorize]
Can reduce enemy defenses and buff ally incantations
Works best in an Inspiration/Impromptu team; while his AP generation and debuff utility have limited usage elsewhere, his core is simply not meant for another type of team
A pure [Impromptu Incantation] support, Aleph provides a hefty Incantation Might buff, extra AP through [Continuous Action I], and a powerful Mental DEF/DMG Taken Reduction debuff in [Interpretation]. Very specialized and surprisingly AP-hungry, he's an important cornerstone in the [Impromptu Incantation] archetype.
Overall
Stats and Build
A mix of Critical Rate/DMG, ATK, and Incantation Might. NOTE: If you unlock a Resonance Pattern on one Impromptu teammate, be prepared to unlock it for EVERYONE on the team. The Impromptu Incantation scales off your whole team's stats, so hyper-investing in just one of your teammates is a bad idea.
If you don’t have Resonance Patterns unlocked, try this build with Placidity:
ACwBLCEsQSUAPTD7QiYTKTM0NTRVQwNDFUUF
At R12 and above, you get access to another Crit DMG piece. Higher investment means higher base ATK, allowing you to replace an ATK piece with a second and third Crit DMG piece.
Mental Cage is Aleph's best psychube, as all tailor-made signature psychubes are wont to be. Actively casting more than 4 incantations per round is very easy in a team with [Continuous Action I] and Aleph's [Memorize], while [Inspiration] teams can stack up the Incantation Might passive really quickly.
Long Night Talk and Blasphemer of Night are decent stat-boosting psychubes that work with his kit. Both options increase Incantation Might. Aleph can stack up ATK on Long Night Talk with [Idealist's Declaration]; [Clarification] and something like Barcarola's [Quartet] should get him that DMG Dealt boost easily.
Blasphemer of Night is a bit trickier to activate. [Interpretation] counts as one [Neg Status], but you'll be wanting to get the other from Voyager's [Confusion], [Seal], [Silence], or [Where the Stars Lead].
Off the Scene is an interesting team-wide 10% DMG Bonus buff, which translates directly to Impromptu Incantation's scaling. The 5* stats and lack of Incantation Might makes it less appealing, however.

Synergy & Teams
The teams below come from our Teams database and showcase ANY team with Aleph present within in all content available in the game.
Pew Pew Pew
Niche 1: Inspiration || Niche 2: Crit
Probably one of the strongest teams available at this time. Utilizes the large amounts of Crit stats stacked by Barcarola and Kiperina (and the latter's Crit Conversion) topped with Aleph's [Interpretation], Regulus' [Rockin' Spotlight] and additional Crit buffs to nuke through anything in the game. Kept incredibly safe by Kiperina's ridiculous [Shield] values. Kiperina CAN be exchanged for Fatutu or Ezra, but this causes amounts of DMG loss. In addition, Aleph can be traded for FP for Inspiration and Regulus(E) can be traded for Voyager(E).
