You could focus hard on Physical Resistance in the substats, so that you can run Crit Hit Resistance Slot 5, that would give you 200% Crit DMG Reduction (Only if Ghost is T5). Sela could make it easier to build the setup mentioned below.

If units on the same row don't need the extra energy from Runda or there is already another unit with it on the same row, go for Doris.

If needed you can also run Runda or Doris. El set is great starting from 1 Red, before it's better to go with support sets. You can run Slot 5 Magic Pierce if you can still pull off the 99% resistances in both.

Alocasia is better if you are already at a deficit that doesn't let Jinsung kill the first enemy hit.

Running Slot 5 Physical Resistance is viable, if you cannot get 99% Physical Resistance without it. If you want to play Yuri ONLY for the Special Move hit, then go with Slot 4 Crit DMG Increase and Slot 5 Magic Pierce.

At lower investment [Before R5] you probably should run Sela or Resistances main stat. Alocasia will be the best in slot if you cannot kill with the first hit, even though the EVA is anti-synergistic with the Special Move.

Sela would also work fine, it's just not assisting him as much. Even though he has invincibility in his kit, he has a small window where he can be killed, so getting as close as possible to 99% in both resistances is recommended.

Hybrid is the best option if you are hit a lot with El. He doesn't really benefit much from Sundance, and ATK SPD is more important than basic attack damage on Edhan.

Running a Hybrid 2 Raihanna 2 Rafflesia / El / Abgrund in PvP would also be a good option.

Going Crit DMG Increase on Slot 4 and Magic Pierce on Slot 5 is a viable option if you can make her survive with the right teams.

Depending on your team composition and stats, you might want to run Physical Resistance in Slot 5 if survivability is an issue.

You can also play her with resistances, in that case refer to Edhan for the substats.

You could play him with Magic Resistance in Slot 4 and Physical Resistance in Slot 5, if you don't need more burst damage, but at that point he is a bit too weak. In that case the priority for the substats changes a bit, refer to Kaiser's.

If you cannot reach 99% in both resistances while running Slot 5 Magic Pierce, run Physical Resistance instead. If you are running Sela, you can get away with 93% resistances.

We don't currently have a BiS set for this guy, there are issues regardless of which set you pick.

Sela or Rafflesia are also ok. The Raihanna Suicide Bomb tech only needs R3. Too much investment makes it hard for Urek to die before throwing the first punch, resulting in a wasted Raihanna effect. If you go for that build just stack as much Physical Pierce, Crit Rate, and Crit DMG Increase as possible.

He is too slow to run a damage build, he can be used for the utility he provides.

If Viole is 3 Red+ with Albelda Revo 5, then El is probably BiS. If Viole is Orange 4+ without Albelda Revo 5, Sundance is probably BiS.

Sundance is better as soon as you can get at least 7 levels on the attack speed node under Revo 3.

You could opt for a tech with Raihanna to deal good damage in AoE with the Special Move, this only works at low deficits so it's not recommended.

If you are only running her for Utility / Sub-DPS purposes, you might want to run her with resistances so that she can stay alive. Slot 4 Magic Resistance is also a good choice in a DPS build, but it will lower your damage.

El is useful only against units with shields, against everyone else use Alocasia.
