White Rum is a 4✦ rarity character from the Intellect afflatus who deals Reality damage and belongs to the Sub DPS class.
One of the better 4-star units, White Rum has access to very consistent FUAs, self buffing and what looks to be our first true Mass [Daze] (with a 100% Resistance Penetration at P4). Works great in teams with 37 or in CC teams.

White Rum was released during the 2.2 patch in the CN version of the game. We translated White Rum skills ourselves, as such, there's a chance of localization errors. We will add the official translations as soon as they will be released. Please contact us directly to report any errors.
Mass attack. Can only be cast in the [Boarding Assault] status. Shifts to the front-most position, deals 200% Reality DMG to all enemies and inflicts [Daze] on the targets for 1 round; for every position shifted, this attack gains DMG Dealt +15%; if at least 3 positions were shifted, this attack ignores 50% Daze Resistance.
Boarding Assault:
At the start of every round, auto cast a [Port Side Barrage] of the corresponding rank and gain Moxie +1. After casting an ultimate, this effect is removed.

Cannot act.

Privateering License: Gain 2 stacks of [Rousing Morale] for each position shifted backward, and gain 2 stacks of [Sturdiness] for each position shifted forward.
Lv. 2:
Boundless Sea, Limitless Sky: For every position shifted, the DMG Dealt is increased to +25%.
Lv. 3:
Boundless Sea, Limitless Sky: Reality DMG is increased to 300%.
Lv. 4:
Boundless Sea, Limitless Sky: If at least 3 positions were shifted, this attack now ignores 100% Daze resistance.

Port Side Barrage: At incantation rank 1/2/3, the Reality DMG is increased to 100/150/250%.

“Balance, Please” works perfectly with White Rum as it allows her to do well against any Afflatus (which is especially important as a pure mass attacker). The added Ultimate Might is also great.
“Same Old Story” focuses on increasing White Rum's FUA damage. While she misses out on the PEN Rate, the DMG bonus and Incantation Might are both great for her.
“Knock on the Door” is a good alternative to “Same Old Story.” You can even add a [Burn] applicator to get the full effect. The Crit Rate substat is kind of wasted on her, though, since White Rum has a really low Crit Technique.
