Rhiannon was released during the 3.7 patch in the CN version of the game. We translated Rhiannon skills ourselves, as such, there's a chance of localization errors. We will add the official translations as soon as they will be released. Please contact us directly to report any errors.
Mass buff. All other allies gain [Adar Llwch Gwin] for 3 rounds. All own Incantations gain [Aegis] for 4 rounds and they don’t require AP to cast.
Adar Llch Gwin:
Pos Status. Increase ATK / Max HP equal to 8% of Rhiannon’s ATK / Max HP (up to +250/1250).

Mass attack. Deals 200% Mental DMG to all enemies. Before attacking, consume 1 stack of [Attunement] to increase own ATK by +12% for 1 round.
When in [Aegis], this Incantation also reduces Critical DEF for all enemies by -15% (recalculates upon getting attacked). For every stack of [Rapport], reduce an additional -3% Critical DEF (up to 15%) for 3 rounds.

Special effects
Sensory Bond:
Pos Status. When in this status gain an extra round of actions (enemies cannot act). Before Incantations resolve during this extra round, a non-ranked [Feast Call] will enter the AP Area.
Attunement:
Pos Status. When consumed, funnel 8% energy into [Raptor Kinship] and gain 2 stacks of [Rapport] that last for 3 rounds. This can stack up to 4 times.
Rapport:
Forcefield. Increase the Afflatus Advantage DMG of all allies +4% (up to 5 stacks). Each stack has its own duration. Cannot be dispelled.
Feast Call:
Mass attack. Deals 1500% Mental DMG to all enemies. For every stack of [Rapport], deal an additional 150% Mental DMG. This attack always has Afflatus Advantage.
Universal Fit:
Character counts as [Lingering Glow], [Bloodtithe], [Dynamo], [Impromptu] and [Instrument].

[The Eagle-Taming Witch]: Upon entering combat, funnel 85% energy into [Raptor Kinship]. Upon consuming [Attunement] funnel 10% energy into [Raptor Kinship] and gain +3 stacks of [Rapport]. Maximum [Rapport] stacks are increased to 7, and each stack grants +5% Afflatus Advantage DMG to all allies. [Feast Call] deals 3000% Mental DMG, and an additional +300% Mental DMG for every stack of [Rapport].
Lv. 3:
[Babble-Gabble: Aegis]: -20% Critical DEF. Maximum additional Critical DEF reduction is now -21%. [Sneaky-Peaky: Aegis] +20% DMG Bonus. Maximum additional DMG Bonus is now +21%.
Lv. 4:
[Adar Llwch Gwin]: Increases ATK / Max HP equal to 10% of Rhiannon’s ATK / Max HP (up to +310/1550).
Lv. 5:
[The Eagle-Taming Witch]: Upon entering combat, gain 2 stacks of [Rapport]. Funnel 100% energy into [Raptor Kinship]. Upon consuming [Attunement] funnel 12.5% energy into [Raptor Kinship] and gain +4 stacks of [Rapport]. Maximum [Rapport] stacks are increased to 7, and each stack grants +5% Afflatus Advantage DMG to all allies. [Feast Call] deals 5000% Mental DMG, and an additional +500% Mental DMG for every stack of [Rapport].
