Ms Radio is Door's counterpart. Another Arcanist who dies to use their Ultimate, Ms Radio, opposite to Door, actually reduces all enemy Moxie considerably and blocks them from gaining Moxie for several turns. She is not as powerful as Door however, as reducing Moxie on enemies is considered more niche than granting allies Moxie.

Review
Ms. Radio is one of the two 2-star arcanists currently in the game, and both of them have a similar mechanic of finding use when they die. You can, for the most part, ignore Ms. Radio’s skills; all they do is damage, and as a 2-star character, her damage won’t age very well as you progress throughout the game. Take a look at her Insight 1 passive, and more importantly, her ultimate, “A Bit of Truth Unveiled.” It’s a mass attack that causes enemies to lose 4 Moxie and provides 2 rounds of [Disconcert] to all enemies, which means they cannot gain Moxie. She will then die from this ultimate, and her passive of making them lose 1 more Moxie will activate.
She can pretty much stifle the opponent’s attacks with this completely, and works very much like the opposite version of Door. Door gains Moxie for your team, and Ms. Radio deletes the enemy’s Moxie. If you want to prevent her from dying and reuse the effects potentially, you can have Necrologist on the team to prevent lethal damage from her ultimate. However, it doesn't work as well as with Door, because Door can cycle his own ultimate, whereas Ms. Radio would probably be less useful once kept alive. It's for the most part, more beneficial to let her die, so a Substitute character can come in. So I recommend using Ms. Radio only one time in a battle, rather than keeping her alive with Necrologist.
As a 2-star character, she has an extremely low investment cost and you really don’t need to invest in her at all after getting the first passive (though the 2nd passive would be beneficial)
Through her ultimate and death, she’ll be able to deplete the enemy’s moxie.
If you for whatever reason want to keep her alive, she can be kept alive with a Necrologist.
Could be considered more complicated to use than other characters, considering she’s very much a setplay-type character.
Aside from her ultimate, she doesn’t do anything else.

You have two options, depending on the stage. Either equip a Psychube to help keep her alive, or, preferably, don't equip any, so she can die even faster.
