Ms. Moissan is a tanky Support who can apply consistent Shields and lock down enemies with some Control. Unfortunately, her Shield strength is not too great considering her low stats and her Control is tied entirely around her Ultimate.

Review

Ms. Moissan is a very defensive character through and through and just wants to support the team. Her skill [Potter] is a basic Reality damage dealing move that can dispel counters from the target. But what you’ll be focusing on are her other skill and ultimate.

Her skill [Mentor] is a mass buff for all allies that provides shields for them, while Ms. Moissan's ultimate is a single target attack that provides freeze. The enemy affected cannot act, though the effect will be dispelled after taking Mental damage. For this reason, it's recommended to use her in Reality DMG teams.

She doesn’t gain anything remarkable from her insights, however the self-heal can come in handy. Freezing is a useful ability and her shields can help you sustain hits, simple enough to use unit. Her role as a shielder can be challenged by some other characters such as Tennant who just does more in general.

Pros & Cons

Pros

As a 4-star character, she has lower investment costs than characters of higher rarities;
Can apply freeze on enemies with her Ultimate, preventing an enemy from acting on that turn;
Can dispel counters from targets with [Potter];
Can provide shields with [Mentor].

Cons

Overshadowed by other shielders who have better methods of survivability, better utility and damage (Like Tennant).
Low damage as she is a low rarity non-DPS unit.
Counter dispel skill can be a bit situational.
Can only freeze enemies with her ultimate. There are alternative characters who can prevent an enemy from acting using a skill. (Like Sonetto who can disarm enemies, which accomplishes similar results as a freeze, and she is given for free).
