Mr. DuncanBuild and Guide
Mr. Duncan is a 5✦ rarity character from the Beast afflatus who deals Reality damage and belongs to the Damage class.
Similar in function to J, Duncan provides a slew of counters with additional effects based on his [Bullet] while accumulating [Ceremonious] to unleash a big Ultimate. Unfortunately, he has to compete with absolute damage monsters in the higher ranks, and as a 5-star he simply doesn't compete as well (though better than most!).

Contains [Acid Bullet] and [Shrapnel Bullet].
Acid Bullet: After attacking, the target's DEF -5%. Lasts 2 rounds, can be stacked up to 5 times.
Shrapnel Bullet: Deals additional 50% DMG based on the original DMG.
