Dikke is a half-sustain, half-damage unit. Available for free at the beginning of the game, she does an alright job in the early game.
[Justice] heals all teammates and heals for more if the target is below 50% HP. As a result, you're better off saving her healing incantations for burst healing rather than trying to keep everyone's HP topped up.
[Power] is a single-target attack that deals Genesis DMG at rank 2/3. The damage output is decent, but it mainly benefits from Dikke's Insight I and Insight III passives. When Dikke's HP% is higher than that of the target, she gets +15% ATK to her attack. When Dikke's HP% is lower, she gets +15% Leech Rate instead. This Leech Rate and her stronger healing at low HP help to push Dikke back to the 15% ATK range.
Her ultimate [Maverick Judge] is quite unique: it dispels all of Dikke's debuffs and grants her [Immunity] for a round. It also deals a good chunk of single-target damage and Genesis DMG. Combined with her Insight passives, you can use this as a source of burst damage when Dikke is at high HP or a self-sustain tool when she's at low HP.
Her portrays are alright but not particularly worth going for. In the early game, you'll likely be using her as your main healer. Unfortunately, only Portray 4 increases her healing; P1, 3, and 5 increase her ultimate's Genesis DMG while P2 increases her attack damage.
Overall, she's a serviceable unit in the early game. You'll want to pivot to better, full-time sustains as you progress, as Dikke's healing falls off quite a bit. In the late game, she doesn't see much play because she doesn't particularly excel at healing or damage-dealing.
Free character, obtainable on the 8th day of login
Flexible, can work both as a healer and as a sub-DPS
Her ultimate cleanses all negative statuses from herself and grants her [Immunity]
Attack and ultimate deal Genesis DMG
OK self-sustain with Leech Rate
Her healing may be tricky to manage and not as effective as other dedicated healers; its base multiplier is relatively low, and the bonus healing relies on the allies being below 50% HP
Doesn't offer any other utility to the team aside from healing
Jack of two trades, master of neither; there are much better sustains and sub-DPS characters

Stats and Build
Prioritizes ATK and survival to maximize Dikke’s healing output. The high ATK also helps with her damage output as well.
If you don’t have Resonance Patterns unlocked, try this build with Placidity:

Prioritizes DMG Bonus and Critical Rate/DMG. As Dikke isn’t a particularly stellar healer, building her for damage is worth a consideration.

Take the Hard Journey is Dikke's Anecdote psychube and works great with her kit. It gives 15% Healing Done and an additional 12% Healing Done when Dikke is below 40%–80% HP.
That Inquisitive Dear is the baseline standard for healing psychubes; it's always available in the Fragment Shop and you can buy duplicates to amplify it without Gluttony. Dikke appreciates the 18% Healing Done but she can't activate the passive because she doesn't have a debuff.
Luxurious Leisure is great for a damage-oriented Dikke build but doesn't help her healing. 27% DMG Bonus and 18% Ultimate Might makes her a competent sub-DPS.
You Deserve It is perfect for a hybrid Dikke build, as it provides 15% Healing Done as well as +15% Incantation and Ultimate Might.
You can throw Laughter and Laughter on Dikke for 10% DMG Taken Reduction and 24% Healing Done. This makes for a cheap, serviceable beginner build since you get both Dikke and the psychube for free.
