Review
Cheeta is a decent SR Healer/Buffer Hybrid who is a slot machine reincarnated. Yes, you read that right. She's a very RNG character because her Ultimate grants random buffs and some are more important than others - sometimes you might get what you don't want at the moment. There's 1 particular buff you want and if the RNG Gods decide to just not give it to you early, will curse Cheeta for all eternity.
On top of the Buffs and Healing, she also provides a decent amount of Stability damage and normal damage, helping other teammates deal with the enemies faster, but don't expect her to out-damage proper DPS characters as she's still hindered by low ATK stats. Still, every bit of damage helps, so it's a welcome addition to a 'Healer'.
She's not perfect though. Sadly, her biggest issue is that she can't heal Stability - it's not really a big issue when the battle doesn't last long, but once it does, you might land yourself into big trouble when your team gets exposed. So while in the early game, she will work well, in the endgame where fights last quite some time, she will struggle a bit.
Provides a plethora of buffs and heals,
Can heal allies passively thanks to her passive every time she attacks,
For a Support character, her damage output and her 'attack rate' are actually really decent.
Can't heal Stability, which is a big issue in longer battles,
Her buffs are random so often you get what you don't need.
For Global tier list, both SR and SSR characters are rated at V0 (no dupes). For CN tier list, SSR characters are rated at V0 (no dupes) and SR characters are rated at V6 (max dupes).
