If a critical hit occurs, gain 1 point of Confectance Index. After the skill, you can select an empty tile within 6 tiles around you to jump to.

Fortification Segment 2 (V2): Gain 1 stack of Active Combat.
New effect for Continuous Discharge: If the target of Continuous Discharge is the same as the target of this skill, apply Overflowing Electrons before the attack, lasting for 2 turns.
Fortification Segment 6 (V6): For each point of Movement Point consumed, the damage increases by 5%.
The damage of Continuous Discharge increases by 30%. If the target has 2 or more Electric debuffs, critical damage increases by 30%.

Fortification Segment 3 (V3): Before attacking, apply Conductivity to the enemy target, lasting for 1 turn.
When attacking an enemy with Negative Charge, ignore 10% of their defense.
When Belka deals Electric Damage to a target with Negative Charge, the fixed damage provided by Negative Charge increases to 40%. Additionally, Belka gains 1 stack of Energy Storage each time a friendly unit deals Electric Damage.
Fortification Segment 4 (V4): At the start of battle, increase your Movement Point and range by 1 tile.
The maximum stack limit for Energy Storage increases by 4 stacks. For each Electric damage dealt, gain 1 additional stack of Energy Storage. For each Electric damage dealt, Belka gains 1 stack of Energy Storage.
Neural Helix
Fixed Keys:
02-01 - Vigorous Vitality: When Invisibility ends, restore 30% of your maximum HP and 4 points of Stability Index.
02-03 - Tearful Offensive: If you have Continuous Discharge, you are immune to movement debuffs.
04-01 - Atmosphere Activator: At the start of the turn, if there are enemy units within 5 tiles, gain Movement Up I for 2 turns.
04-03 - Curled Tail: When using the Active Skill Bursting Shell to attack an enemy with Negative Charge, increase your attack power by 10%.
06-01 - Desiring Praise: At the end of your turn, if there is a boss unit with Negative Charge on the field, gain Critical Rate Up I and Damage Up I for 1 turn.
06-03 - Winning Strategy: Before casting Jumping Arc Light, dispel 2 buff effects from the enemy target.
Common Key Determination for Favor: When consuming Movement Point, increase your damage dealt by 10%.
