Level 4: Increases damage multiplier to 240%.

No matter what, make sure to record everyone's wishes! Dorothy increases the target ally's 50% Strike Prep, applies a [CRIT Damage+] for 2 turns, and reduces all skill CDs by 1 turns. The effect of increasing Strike Prep can trigger a CRIT, and when it does, the Strike Prep is doubled.
