Her complete memories of Six Wing members allow her to imitate their combat skills. When afflicted with Skill Seal, she launches an Enhanced Attack to the ground target in front. The Enhanced Attack dispels barriers to deal AoE damage, and inflicts hitstun that can also affect units Immune to Special or Lower hitstun. Immune to Crowd Control and Hitstun from Special or Lower Skills while casting Enhanced Attacks. Enhanced Attacks reduce Ultimate CD by 20s.

Summary
Swan Claire (Swan) is a PVE-oriented backline supporter focused around boosting team damage by applying crippling debuffs to enemy units. To address the inevitable comparisons to the other 5 cost ASSR supporter Awakened Shin Jia (AJia), Swan trades away all defensive utility in exchange for a far more potent team damage increase effect.
Notably, Swan special skill's debuffs are stackable, achieving (among other things) 90% DEF reduction. This smashes the established damage ceiling and enables new burst damage setups at numbers previously impossible.
Swan also comes with teamwide skill seal immunity on ult and an enhanced attack that triggers on upon being skill sealed. While largely irrelevant in a PVE environment, this utility gives her a bit more depth in PVP.
PVE Review
Swan's plethora of debuffs makes her a core character in almost any PVE content. Her consistent uptime on DMG Taken Increase/ DEF reduction are appreciated everywhere.
Swan is a strong ASSR but she inherits all the problems inherent to being a supporter. She is a powerful force multiplier but if the damage is lacking, she won’t make a difference. Ultimately, there is a limit to what supporters can accomplish individually.
PVP Review
Swan sees occasional use in PVP as a debuffer as an answer to frontline tanks on weeks they are especially intolerable. Weekly meta permitting, Swan’s debuffs can be used to crack open stall comps before they snowball out of control.
As mentioned above, Swan’s kit has counters to skill seal, increasing her value on New Ohio weeks. Of note, Swan serves as a hard counter to Awakened Lyudmila, a PVP-oriented ASSR supporter used for her oppressive mapwide skill seal debuff.
Ultimately, Swan suffers from many of the same issues that prevent AJia from seeing widespread use. However, unlike AJia, Swan's focus on offensive utility makes her a more attractive choice in PVP.
