Review
Replacer Knight is a PVP-oriented forward-deployment frontline tank notable for her ability to deploy anywhere on the map. Replacer Knight does not have the survivability of other dedicated frontline tanks (e.g. Rearm Kaci, Rearm Alex), but her unlimited deployment range gives her a unique niche as a frontline tank that can be positioned anywhere to protect exposed frontline units. This is especially valuable in situations where aggressive positioning (e.g. rush comps) limits the viability of conventional frontline tanks.
Replacer Knight’s Alternium Reactor enables her to generate more barriers than before, extending her longevity by a sizable amount. Of note, the barrier provided by Replacer Knight’s reactor is cancelable; Replacer Knight’s actual survivability can swing drastically depending on the presence of barrier/ buff removal.
In PVP, Replacer Knight is used primarily in comps built around strikers (or other melee-range damage dealers) to shield them from sniper threats. At 4 cost, Replacer Knight is a premium option that can be difficult to fit into the team.
