Review
Outlander Rivet (RRivet) is a potent backline damage dealer. RRivet is a huge upgrade over the base version. She has more stats, a much stronger special and a new enhanced attack that deals good damage.
In PVE, RRivet boasts one of the best damage to cost ratios in the game while also having extremely potent burst damage when casting her special and enhanced attacks. These traits lead to her seeing usage in almost any content tagged as C.O. or Counter.
In PVP, RRivet is the default ranger option whenever free. Her immunity to stun and confusion means that she gets to ignore some disruption tools while outputting best in class DPS per cost.
