Nibble is a backline anti-defender damage dealer. She has unique targeting priority against defenders but does mediocre damage for the cost.
In PvE, her Ultimate Skill’s up to 40% DEF reduction against counters offers limited utility, though its short duration and low uptime significantly diminish its practical value.
In PvP, Nibble fits among similar underwhelming Ranger options that only see usage on UP.
