Morgana is a backline damage dealer that outputs Warden-level damage at double the cost. She has no relevant utility in her kit.
The one remotely interesting aspect to her kit, the EVA reduction on her enhanced attack, only triggers in melee range. As Morgana is a backline damage dealer with no survivability tools, this trigger condition is impractical.
Morgana is grossly overcosted for how little she contributes to the team. In short, she is dead on arrival.
