Mi Rinae is one of many middling frontline tanks that struggle to carve a niche for themselves. Mi Rinae is notable in that she has a convoluted, utterly inconsequential “element” mechanic that cycles her between three states of equal insignificance. She is painfully average, with decent defensive stats and a low impact skill set.
In PVE, Mi Rinae meets the baseline requirements expected of her as a frontline tank, and contributes nothing more to the team.
As a general frontline tank, Mi Rinae struggles to distinguish herself from the pool of stronger, cheaper alternatives (e.g. Rearm Kaci, Rearm Alex).
