Lyudmila is a flying backline damage dealer with a well-rounded kit that provides decent damage output and powerful crowd control effects in a sniper with exceptional range.
Compared to her peers, Lyudmila trades away some damage for utility; her Special and Ultimate skills can heavily affect positioning by grouping and pushing enemies around. She is also notable in that she is one of the few characters in the game with air target priority.
In PVE, Lyudmila infrequently sees use in content that favors long-range damage dealers and fliers. Since her release, the pool of damage dealers and strategies available to players has expanded significantly. Ignoring her performance at the highest levels of competitive content, Lyudmila is still a serviceable damage dealer for players who want to incorporate her into their teams.
In PVP, Lyudmila sees (exceedingly) limited use as a crowd control/ damage dealer hybrid. As mentioned above, Lyudmila can use her Special and Ultimate skills to scramble enemy formations and expose their backline to damage. Unfortunately, Lyudmila is held back by her poor damage.
