Review
Evelyn is the only air healer in the game, and her healing is the best among all healers. This makes her the first pick for various game modes because air units are safer in the sky and don't die as easily as ground units. Despite being a healer, her damage is actually pretty good, especially if you give her ASPD set which works great with her skillset. Still, CDR is the BiS set on her, because you want to boost her healing, not damage.
In PVP, she recently reached the fabled ban level 4 in the KR region and is commonly used even on ban levels 1 and 2. Fully geared with 72% Skill Haste gear, her healing output is ridiculous. One of the reasons why she's so popular in PVP is that she can't be countered by Awaken Na Yubin who loves to fight against Yang Harim and her barriers - this makes Evelyn a safe pick when it comes to the healer spot.
