Claudia is one of the few available healers in the game and is often called a 'healer in a bottle', especially in PVP. Why? When you deploy her, she massively heals everyone around her which can change the flow of the battle. That's why she's the most banned R rarity employee in the game across all regions.
In PVE her pure healing helps against enemies that deal a lot of damage, like the boss in Guild Coop. However, healing is the only thing she can do - Evelyn, Chinatsu, and Harim give Atk buffs on their ult, making them better choices when Claudia's burst heal isn't required. Still, some stages might want many healers, such as ambulance teams for Dive 50, so she is still used in those.

- her heal on deploy is simply broken in PVP,
- low cost,
- easy to Limit Break.
Cons
- prone to CC; the on-deploy heal can be cancelled by such if mistimed,
- her heal on special is short ranged - it may not reach the frontline in some cases.
