Carlota Ramirez Fernandes Carlos Juan the Third is a utility tank focused on defensive utility, providing a variety of defensive stats to the team and even a little bit of healing. On top of that her special applies a rare speed buff to nearby allies, which while being largely irrelevant (or even detrimental), is something noteworthy.
In PVE, Carlota’s is not tanky enough to meet the baseline requirements expected of her as a frontline tank and her utility is not on the level of dedicated defensive supports. She sees no play in any content.
In PVP, the SPD boost on her special has applications in Maestra Nequitia teams, but she does not otherwise have the stats or the kitto distinguish herself from the pool of stronger alternatives (e.g. Rearm Kaci, Rearm Alex). Ultimately, Carlota sees little to no play in PVP.
