ATL-1 Lincoln (Lincoln) is a gimmicky anti-air burst damage dealer that has never been particularly good. Lincoln has limited application in PVP, otherwise it never sees the light of day.
Lincoln’s air target priority on Special Skill allows it to target air units for (potentially) massive damage. With specialized gear suited to the target, bad positioning from the opponent, and good luck with EVA/ HIT RNG, Lincoln is capable of busting down fliers. However, for the reasons listed, it is too inconsistent at its own gimmick to be viable.
