Esil Radiru Passive
When Esil Radiru successfully puts a target in a [Break] state it increases the duration of the [Break] state by 3 second(s).
When she uses Death's Rush, or Extreme Evasion is activated, it activates [Lance Throw]. When she uses Stabbing Spikes, Glorious Wounds, or Cascading Glory, she grants herself the [Enhanced Lance Throw] effect. When [Lance Throw] is activated its potency increases based on the number of [Enhanced Lance Throw] instances applied.
[Break] effectiveness in the [Workshop of Brilliant Light] increases by 24%.

Esil throws a spear that pierces through magically created armor.
She deals damage equal to 800% of her Attack.
When her attack hits she deals weak [Break] damage.

Review
Esil is a Fire Breaker that has great potential in the short term future but currently lacks enough power to make a bigger impact on the game.
Great mix of breaking, utility and damage.
Makes Fire great for once.
Good future potential.
Her break potencies are very bad.
It falls in the nice but not 'must get' niche.
Can be skipped for now if you have no interest in harder Fire content.
Joining us as our second Fire Breaker, Esil is a competent Breaker that has a lot of powerful tools in her arsenal in order to help her team deal more damage. She can deal multiple instances of break damage, but her potencies are a bit on the lower side.
Her Basic Skill and Core Attack both inflict small breaks. Her First Skill, Glorious Wounds, inflict a small break and also grants her [Super Armor] while using the skill.
Her Second Skill, Death's rush, inflicts a small break while also sending the target [Airborne]. She also gains [Super Armor] when using this skill.
Her QTE Skill Cascading Glory inflicts medium break on the enemy while [Knocking down] the target. Lastly, her Ultimate, Foretold Victory, inflicts a weak break on the target and leaves a lingering rain of arrows.
Her Support Skill, Support Fire, activates the [Prey] effect on the targets for 25 seconds. When the target is broken, the effect changes to [Prey on the weak], increasing the Fire damage taken by 8% and the target's damage taken by 8%. It further increases the skill damage of the Radiru's Family Longbow by 24%, even if you likely would not run it when using Esil as a support.
When breaking a target, Esil increases the duration of the [Break] status by 3 seconds. When using Perfect Evasion or her Skill 2 (Death's rush) she will activate [Lance Throw], an extra attack that can inflict a small break and inflict up to 5 stacks of the [Prey] debuff.
Meanwhile, when Esil uses her Core Attack (Stabbing Spike), Skill 1 ( Glorious Wounds) or QTE ( Cascading Glory) she will get one stack of [Enhanced Lance Throw]. This buff can stack up to 5 times and it increases the damage and break effectiveness of [Lance Throw] by 80%.
Additionally, Esil has a 24% extra break effectiveness when she is used in the Workshop of Brilliant light, as if they didn't make it obvious enough she was made for WOBL Deimos.
When the target is broken, the stacks of [Prey] are converted into stacks of [Prey on the weak], a debuff that increases the Fire damage taken and the normal damage taken by 0.3% per each stack, up to a maximum of 50.
At A1, When her Ultimate Foretold Victory is active, the damage of [Lance Throw] is increased by 100% and the skill applies [Prey] two times to the target. The number of times you can apply [Prey] with [Lance Throw] is now 10 times.
At A2, Esil boosts the team's attack by 3% for every Fire Hunter, up to 3 times for 9% maximum.
At A3, She starts the fight with 100% of her Power Gauge charged. Her [Lance Throw] now recovers 1% of her Power Gauge and decreases the cooldown of her Ultimate by 1 second. Additionally, using her Ultimate, Foretold Victory, on targets with 10% break gauge or lower will instantly break them.
Her A4 is similar to A2 but this time it grants 4% Defense Penetration to her team members based on how many Fire Allies are in the team, for up to 12% maximum.
Finally, at A5 if she uses Death's Rush she will trigger the [Enhanced Lance Throw] an additional time. When [Lance Throw] hits a target in break stage within 10 seconds of them entering break, it will trigger [Prey on the weak] instead of triggering [Prey] as usual. Also, this improves the effect of [Prey on the weak], that now lasts 90 seconds and can stack up to 100 times (yes).
Esil's personal weapon, Glorious Demise, is an excellent support weapon that grants Additional Attack (based on Esil's Additional Attack stat) to the member of the team with the highest Critical Rate, while also granting Esil a % Attack bonus. If you plan to run her you absolutely want to A5 this weapon, since it will help the Fire team’s damage a lot.
Gearwise, Esil wants either a full Greed set or a mix of Greed and Expert if you want her to deal more damage, as her personal damage is not bad for a Breaker - she is similar to Seo given she deals multiple instances of small break damage with a higher personal damage. You are mostly looking at Additional Attack and Defense Penetration to help your team deal more damage. Other stats to look for are Attack % and Critical Rate/Damage.
Esil slots nicely in the Fire team as the premium Breaker, replacing Emma. Their break power is actually similar, but the buffs provided by Esil makes Emma a secondary choice provided you have them both at similar advancement. That being said, Emma remains a valid Breaker with a powerful burst, so Esil isn't automatically better in everything. She pairs extremely well with Yoo Soohyun given she provides more Attack and more Defense Penetration. Her final party member is generally Gina, given she is also a mixed bag of damage, buffing potential and some sustain, rounding up the Fire team.
Esil is in a very interesting spot due to the release of Workshop of Brilliant Light: Deimos.
On one hand, currently the Light team is able to clear the normal difficulty just fine. Gunhee is a much better breaker compared to Esil and there's no need to explain why Thomas is so good.
At the same time, hard mode could very well flip the script, especially if we have more bosses requiring TONS of Defense Penetration. She makes Yoo Soohyun a much stronger DPS and we could always get a new tailor made DPS that will pair extremely well with Esil.
Her banner also lasts 41 days, meaning you don't have to decide right now. If you don't care about completing WOBL hard mode as soon as it's out you can consider skipping her and pulling her when she's added to the custom draw.
However, we believe Esil has a bright future and we'll be able to appreciate what she brings when the Fire team feels actually worth using, so if you love your Yoo and Gina absolutely go and roll for her!
For F2P: Esil is ok at A0, but A1 and A2 are good upgrades that get her closer to her next power spike, A3. If you just want a copy for bond rewards and to start using her it's fine to stop here;
For Dolphins: A3 is a good middle point since she'll be able to start the fight with her Ultimate and in general makes her breaking capacity better. However, depending on how many resources you have you can consider going for later advancements;
For bigger spenders and whales: A5 all the way, the increase in personal damage, Defense Penetration and increased stacking power makes Esil an absolute beast for Fire teams. If you want to tackle the hard mode of Deimos she is gonna be super useful considering her extra break efficiency in the mode.
Esil Radiru rating takes into account their performance in all matter of PVE content.

Esil Radiru can be equipped with the Burning Greed set that you can obtain from the Workshop of Brilliant Light. As a Breaker, Esil Radiru can make use of the set and in most cases, it will perform better than the normal sets (4 piece is minimum, but you want all 8).
Those are the stats you should focus on when building Esil Radiru. So search for them on your sub-stats as a priority.

For SSR characters, you always want to use their Signature/EX Weapon - they are simply the best for them. Until you obtain the signature weapon, just use the options listed below. The priority is set from left to right. Also, If you have a Signature/EX weapon for a Hunter that is not in your team you can consider using it for the raw stats alone - as long as it matches the character.
