Born 2024, Welcome back Suddenly One Day. Ring Yi Sang is an ID that utilizes negative status effects, meaning, he shines in Mirror Dungeon due to the amount of status effects the game mode has. Although without them he is still very good and can be put into any team.
Ring Yi Sang skills normally roll 11 on S1, 16 on S2, and 15 on S3, but with conditions fulfilled numbers go up to 12/20/25 respectively. His passive helps him gain sanity very easily and on max sanity gain up 2 offense level per hit up to 8 offense level which translates to 2 more clash power on all of his skills.
Now what counts as Negative Status you ask? In game this can be easily seen as Negative Status is written in a red text on the skills while Buffs are written in yellow on the skills tab meaning something like Cinq's Declared Duel and Butler Ryoshu's B.M. counts toward it.
Going back to his kit, the reason why he is very strong is because the insane amount of coins he has on his skills and how easy it is to trigger their effects. His S2 which is a single coin on clash can turn into a 3 coin which rolls up to 38 which requires 3 negative status effects to guarantee it. S3 on the other hand requires at least 5 negative status effect for maximum damage increase. Yi Sang itself already inflicts 1 with the potential of inflicting 5 more, although random. The other status also works but you're pretty much not going to be able to maintain them. This narrows it down to basically at worst 3 or 4 more negative status effect needed to fully maximize him which is actually fairly easy to do as most IDs have at least 1 random negative status effect on them. Passives like LCB Faust and Dawn Sinclair can also help him.
E.G.O Synergy - ALL of them since they have atleast 1 negative status tied to them with the exception of Sunshower, but his corrosion has two
Insane damage dealing
Can be slotted into any team
High clashing and coin power
Insanely good in any game mode
May require team building around him as not having enough negative status can make him clunky to use
In a non bleed team his powers is somewhat lowered if you're unlucky
In this section we have listed best E.G.O.s, one per their rank for the Identity - starting with Zayin from left.
