Rosespanner Rodion is a self-sufficent Charge Tremor ID that can work on just about any team. Her S2 is extremely good when conditions are met and her S3 has some really good damage potential if the enemy is already staggered. Her Tremor and Tremor Bursts doesn't matter too much if run on a team that isn't running Tremor, but that's something mostly irrelevant.

Notable E.G.O. Synergy: Rime Shank - While not really a Sinking ID, Rosespanner Rodion fuels it decently and can substitute Dieci Rodion in sinking teams.
