Kurokumo Clan Captain Gregor is just a decent ID. He can apply a bunch of helpful debuffs in a bleed team. His infliction of Offense Level Down from his Skill 3 makes it harder for the enemy to clash and additionally, Plus Coin Drop further reduces the enemy's fighting effectiveness. Other than that, he doesn't offer much else and his damage is nothing really special.
