☆Eden's Got Talent☆
Type: Damage - Single
Naomi starts another season of Eden's Got Talent. This time, she checks out the talents of her enemies who have the highest ATK. Naomi deals 270% ATK damage to enemies she does not like, and deals an additional 270% ATK damage per "Fever☆Time" stack and removes all of her "Fever☆Time" buffs.
Damage changes to 300%, additional damage changes to 300%.
Damage changes to 330%, additional damage changes to 330%, stuns enemies for 4 seconds, and is guaranteed to deal crits if she has 5 or more "Fever☆Time" stacks.
On my cue☆Go!
Type: Buff
Naomi is ready to use her gear. Her next actions start in the following order: "Street☆Casting", "Piercing☆Laser". Crit Rate increases by 15% and Crit DMG increases by 30% for 10 seconds, and she obtains the "On my cue☆Go" buff which enhances "Street☆Casting" and "Piercing☆Laser".
Crit Rate changes to 20%, and Crit DMG increase changes to 40%.
Crit Rate changes to 25%, and Crit DMG increase changes to 50%.

Type: Curse
Naomi uses her drone to detect the nearest enemy and shoots a scorching energy that pierces everything in a 2m wide 12m long path, dealing 100% ATK damage to all enemies in the path of the beam. Targets also receive 50% ATK burning damage every 2 seconds for 12 seconds. Each of her attack deals 20% ATK additional damage per "Fever☆Time" stack. If Naomi is enhanced by the "On my cue☆Go!" buff, she deals 150% additional damage instead of dealing burning damage.
Damage changes to 110%, additional damage changes to 25%, burning damage changes to 55%, enhanced additional damage changes to 165%.

Street☆Casting!
Type: Damage - Single
Naomi discovers a potential star who is far away so she sends a drone. The drone explodes as it touches the enemy, dealing 180% ATK damage, and deals an additional 20% ATK damage per "Fever☆Time" stack while also decreasing the target's DEF by -25% for 10 seconds. If Naomi is enhanced by the "On my cue☆Go!" buff, she deals 180% additional damage instead of reducing their DEF.
Damage changes to 200%, additional damage changes to 30%, enhanced additional damage changes to 200%.
Damage changes to 220%, additional damage changes to 40%, enhanced additional damage changes to 220%.
Fever☆Time!
Type: Buff
When Naomi uses "On my cue☆Go!" she obtains the "Fever☆Time!" buff which increases her ATK by 10% (can be stacked). The "Fever☆Time!" buff adds additional damage to "Piercing☆Laser!", "Street☆Casting!", and "☆Eden's Got Talent☆" (additional damage applies for up to 5 stacks).
ATK increase changes to 12.5%.

We have reworked our tier list owing to multiple meta shifts and how we rate characters. As such some of the reviews (especially of older characters) might not match the tier list ratings. Our newest addition to the roster, Naomi is an interesting soul that is capable of dealing huge damage under the right conditions. She is able to inflict burn damage and decrease the enemy's defense with her sub-skills, but her kit changes once she is ready to kick into gear.
Using her main skill changes her skills, exchanging her debuffs for additional damage and stacking her Fever☆Time! buff - every stack is an additional 10% atk. Her ultimate skill will consume these Fever☆Time! stacks and increase the damage, up to 5 stacks. Her ultimate is also capable of stunning enemies after level 201, making it very useful in ESS since she can be used to initiate the 'groggy' status or inflict huge damage during it.
Her attack boost stacking can go beyond 5 stacks - this means she can be both a usable sub-DPS as well as an explosive finisher to get as much damage as possible in a boss fight. Her artifact skills also brings an ATK-based shield whenever she casts her Main Skill - at legendary+ it will also increase Naomi's Mana by 500 when she uses one of her sub-skills, but only when it's the unenhanced version.
While Naomi is capable of dealing pretty good damage at the same time as supporting your team, she is by no means perfect. Her speed is not the greatest, meaning she'll benefit a lot from allies that can boost her speed or mana generation - and given they are usually in high demand in bosses, this could create limitations with team building.
Considering she takes time to stack and her debuffs are not applied when she has her buffed skills, you might want to replace her with either a dedicated debuffer or a soul that can deal more damage from the beginning of the fight depending on the situation.
In conclusion, Naomi is a complex soul that is perhaps best used by endgame players that want to round up their box. She has more potential in raids and long fights than in regular PvE 5v5 content where the fights are usually over before she has a chance to ramp up. As her kit scales a lot with ATK, she benefits a lot from ascension, meaning it would take a while to see her full potential. She is by no means necessary for newer players, and because of that, we suggest saving your resources for other units that may benefit your account more.
