Type: Healing
Plays a piece of music that silences the surroundings. Recovers the HP of all allies by 250% of ATK and increases their Speed by 25% for 10 seconds.
Speed increase changes to 27.5%, recovery changes to 280%.
Speed increase changes to 30%, recovery changes to 310%. Adds an effect which silences all enemies for 10 seconds.

Plays a piece of music that evokes a beautiful scenery. Increases Speed by 40% for 15 seconds and recovers the HP of 1 ally with the lowest HP by 380% of ATK. If the target cannot recover HP due to a debuff effect, Jiho will cast a barrier that absorbs 220% damage for 15 seconds.

Plays music that wishes for longevity. Removes 1 debuff effect from all allies, and restores HP over time equal to 50% of Jiho's ATK every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.

Frigid Winter
Type: Debuff
Generates a blistering cold with the Daegeum flute. Deals damage equal to 60% ATK and decreases the Speed of the nearest enemy by -16% for 6 seconds in a 4m long, 90 degree conical area, freezing it and dealing damage equal to 60% of ATK every 2 seconds.
Speed decrease changes to -18%, freezing damage changes to 65%.

The gentle sound of the Daegeum played by Jiho slows down the enemies. Targets cannot evade Jiho's normal attacks, and the Speed of targets is reduced by -4% for 6 seconds (up to 5 stacks).

Jiho has a very unique and well-loaded kit, as she has a ton of speed manipulation between her main and sub skills for the enemy and her own team, as well as the ability to buff her allies crit rate with her artifact and to silence the enemy team on her Ultimate while buffing her allies speed. Though, it is important to keep in mind that the description of her main skill is a bit misleading as she gives the speed bonus to herself, not the ally she's healing. She is also a very low investment unit in the sense that most of her kit’s strong points like speed manipulation and crit buffs are not determined by stats, so she doesn't need immediately to be ascended. Her claim to fame is her Ultimate skill which heals, silences the enemy team and buffs the speed of her own teammates by 30%. While this looks less impactful in normal stages, it's an incredible buff in boss content. It allows you to create team comps where your main damage dealers aren't as reliant on Ultimates, so the extra speed allows them to go wild spamming their Main and Subskills. This works especially well with Aki - who also benefits from her extra crit rate - Linzy and Naomi. Single Boss
As mentioned above, Jiho can be insane in single boss scenarios, where her Ultimate can tune up her entire party to the point she can keep it sustained by spamming it thanks to the speed buffs. PvP
Jiho doesn't exactly shine in pvp, as her heal is single target and she cannot use her Ultimate
