The Knight Commander of the Order of Sun protecting the Kingdom of Solrey and Queen Yuria. She has a serious personality, leading and always sets an example for everyone. However, in particular situations, she loses composure and gets overly excited only to feel ashamed.

St. Catherine's Holy Sword
Type: Damage - Single
Judge the enemy with the power of light. Deals damage equal to 300% of ATK + 300% of DEF to the nearest enemy and 2.5m around it, and Stuns the target for 2 seconds.
Damage changes to 325% of ATK + 325% of DEF.
Damage changes to 350% of ATK + 350% of DEF. Stun duration changes to 3.5 seconds.
Noble Oath
Type: Buff
Grants sacred power to sword and shield. Increases Claire's ATK and DEF by 20% for 14 seconds. If Claire is under the effect of "Revelation of Light, " the buff disappears and she additionally recovers 14% of HP.

Unfaltering Charge

Cuts the nearest enemy with flashing speed, dealing damage equal to 130% of ATK and stuns it for 2 seconds upon knocking it down. If under the "Noble Oath" buff, deals additional damage equal to 130% of DEF.
Damage changes to 140% of ATK, additional damage changes to 140% of DEF.
Damage changes to 150% of ATK, additional damage changes to 150% of DEF.
Protection of Faith
Type: Buff
Spins the shield, dealing damage equal to 120% of DEF in a 1.5m circular area around you and increasing physical/magic resistance by 25% for 6 seconds. If under the "Noble Oath" buff, adds an effect that knocks the enemy down.
Damage changes to 130% of DEF, Physical/Magic Resistance increase changes to 27.5%.
Damage changes to 140% of DEF, Physical/Magic Resistance increase changes to 30%. If under the 'Noble Oath' buff, adds an effect that deals Shock damage equal to 50% of ATK every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.
Revelation of Light
Type: Defense
Angel's blessing protects Claire. When Claire gets hit, a shield which absorbs damage equal to 15% of HP is created for 8 seconds, and she gets the "Revelation of Light" buff (cooldown 19 seconds).
Cooldown changes to 17 seconds.

Level 1: When the lead Soul is attacked, increases her Physical/Magic Resistance by 25% and grants her a shield equal to 40% of her max HP for 10 sec (Cooldown: 20 sec).
Level 7: When the lead Soul is attacked, increases her Physical/Magic Resistance by 25% and grants her a shield equal to 40% of her max HP for 10 sec (Cooldown: 10 sec).

Review
Tank
We have reworked our tier list owing to multiple meta shifts and how we rate characters. As such some of the reviews (especially of older characters) might not match the tier list ratings. Please prioritize the ratings given over provided Review. We will be working on updating all reviews, but it is a time-consuming endeavor.
Another excellent tank but from the human faction. Claire has the unique ability to instantly jump in between enemy frontline/backline, which indirectly draws their aggro even without a taunt like other tanks such as Chloe and Petra. She is an excellent choice when heavily invested to the point where you don’t need to rely on her staying within the range of Catherine’s invincibility/heals. On the flip side, without the investments will leave Claire extremely squishy since she lacks the durability until she could use her M1.
This inevitably leads to an issue on opportunity cost when it comes to who you should invest; typically your first origin or the unit you hyper-invest levels and artifacts on should be your main DPS, like Aki, Vivi, or Honglan. This leaves Claire in a rough spot during the resource bottlenecks, where we have limited resources in who to invest. When compared to Chloe who requires much lesser resources to maintain her tankiness, Claire will inevitably fall short when not given enough stats since her kit lacks the inner tankiness when compared to Chloe. As such, we can’t recommend her to be in the same tier as Chloe, but in a vacuum where both are >201 and origin’ed with proper artifacts and gears, Claire will start to match up or even outshine Chloe in some stages.
Single Bosses
Claire, unfortunately, falls short just like any other tank since they are a DPS check, although this could change in the future with the introduction of more bosses that hits harder (such as guild coop).
PVP
Claire is an excellent tank that can disrupt enemy backlines by diving into them (provided that she survives), while your backlines focus fire. Her S2 and S3 are great disrupters that knocks the backline down, which allows for your own backline to use their skills first.
Pros
Can jump in enemy backline to focus their aggro on her.
Cons
Need heavy investment to be useful and survive in enemy backline alone.
