Fire Element. The character was originally released on January 12th, 2024 in China and they will release on November 13th, 2024 in Global.
Xiangling, a human girl from ADA, is the first registered ADA Echomancer. She's currently a first-year student at Erudition Academy Secondary School. She arrived in Senlo in 1120. After applying and receiving approval from the director, she joined the Weapons Technology Department of S.E.E.D. as an intern engineer to learn drafting.

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.
Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.
Lv. 4: When set as Leader, after this Echomancer casts a debuff or buff skill, the Extra DMG of Echomancers on the field is increased by 60% for 30s.
Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.
Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.
Lv. 7: When set as Leader and on the field: Fire Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies a 40% [Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.
Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.
Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Review
Xiangling is a 5✦ Echomancer of the Tactician Class, with the Fire Element. Highly capable at displacing units, generating Fire Zones and dealing respectable damage on her own. With both push and pull skills available under short CDs, Xiangling excels at isolating targets and repelling dangerous foes. Her Ultimate transforms her, giving Fire properties to all her moves and greatly enhancing their effects; from the strength of the pull to the ability to create long stripes of Fire Zone. Don't be fooled by her small stature, this fox's claws are sharp!
Pros
Short CDs give her high utility from the start;
Can hit Airborne units with her skills;
Seed is partially charged from the get-go
Transformation enables Fire synergies;
High mobility.
Cons
Very squishy for a melee unit;
Displacement won't work on bigger enemies;
No Fire synergy outside Ult window.

Tier list comment
High personal DMG, but volatile between Fire and Physical. Pull and Push skills offer good utility and mobility in certain stages, but it’s a niche role.

Profile & Tea Time
Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
