Partially mechanized, Tong is aloof and works tirelessly like a machine. An assistant named 'Twelve', who has been with him for a long time, handles routine matters whenever he is too occupied with his lab tasks.

Review
Tong is a 6✦ Echomancer of the Ranger Class, with the Physical Element. His ability to passively summon tiny artillery drones as his basic attacks make him perfect for Summons based synergies. His versatility allows him to deal high, consistent single target or AoE DPS over long periods of time by making his active skill much stronger against huge mobs of enemies. Or, instead, by focusing all of his artillery on a single foe. His damage can take quite a bit of time to ramp up, however, and he cannot enable the more powerful physical synergies by himself.
Pros
The more enemies, the stronger the AoE;
Good Single-target damage;
Auto skill increases Phys damage on target;
Passively generate skill charges;
Basic Attacks are all AoE.
Cons
Skill cost increases the higher the amount of enemies;
Every other target in the area reduces the damage from each hit;
Lacks defense, becoming a sitting duck most of the time.
