Deals Lightning DMG equal to {0} Final ATK in the target area while dealing Lightning DMG equal to 300% Final ATK to enemies along the path. After casting this skill, [Targeted Effect]’s strength increases by 1 level. ([Targeted Effect]: Tishi grows stronger as she increases [Targeted Effect]’s strength through Active Skills, up to a level of III.)

Can only be used in the [Recombinase] state: Constructs an electric discharge zone, which deals Lightning DMG equal to {0} Final ATK to enemies in the area every 3s. This zone lasts 21s (deals Lightning DMG equal to {1} Final ATK in total). If Tishi switches to Backup or is defeated, this effect ends. After casting this skill, [Targeted Effect]’s strength increases by 1 level and [Energy Transmutation] regains 1 use. Passive: While an electric discharge zone is active, Basic ATKs reduce {2} of enemies’ Lightning RES for 3s; triggering this effect again will refresh the duration. (This passive’s effect is not considered an Auto Skill).

Charge Time: 45s

Tishi transforms into a ball of plasma and unleashes a series of 6 spinning strikes in the target area. Each strike deals Lightning DMG equal to {0} Final ATK in a 500m radius. Enemies closest to the center receive the most strikes, with each strike on the same enemy dealing 20% more damage. Finally, charges toward the target area and deals Lightning DMG equal to {1} Final ATK in an 800m radius. Casting this skill increases Tishi’s Crit Rate by {2} and Crit DMG by {3} for 50s. Triggering this effect again will refresh the duration.

Gains the [Recombinase] status every 20s, during which [Regeneration Sequence] can be cast. [Targeted Effect] strengthens through Active Skills up to Level III.
Level I: Active Skill recovery speed increases by 100%.
Level II: When scoring a critical hit, Active Skills deal 30% more damage.
Level III: [Echomancer MST] increases by 40%.

Unlocks at Seed Lv. I:

When entering battle, Seed Charge +30s. After [Targeted Effect] reaches Level III, all of Tishi’s DMG ignores 30% Basic DR.

Unlocks at Seed Lv. II:

Increases Extra DMG by 10/17.5/25%. The effect is doubled in a [Dry Environment]. It does not stack with [Razor Edge - Triangle - β].

Lightning Seed Power Surge

After a Lightning Echomancer casts a Seed Skill, their Engraving ATK increases by 15/30/45% for 60s. Triggering this effect again will refresh the duration.

Potential Exploration

Lv. 0: When set as Leader, this Echomancer gains an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.

Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.

Lv. 4: When set as Leader, after each use of an Active Skill, the Extra DMG of Echomancers on the field is increased by 20%, stacking up to 3 times and lasting for 30s.

Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.

Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.

Lv. 7: When set as Leader on the field: Lightning Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies a 40%[Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.

Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.

Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Tier list comment

Second only to Feng Qingxue when it comes to raw power in numbers, Tishi has infinite skill uses and is the first character able to place a “lightning zone”. She's fast, versatile, and resourceful. However, she needs time to ramp up, and in order to reach top levels of damage, she needs 3 Dupes. This Tier List rates characters based on 0 Dupes, but if you decide to invest on her and somehow manage to get her to 3 Dupes, she's definitely S tier material.
