Corrosion Element. The character was originally released on January 18th, 2024 in China and they will release on November 13th, 2024 in Global.
A puppeteer from Tourmillon. Always carries a marionette named Aria with her. Can seem cold and rather quiet, considered hard to get close to by most. However, she's actually quite polite and thoughtful in front of friends, of which she has few, to the point of being a slight pushover. After ending up in Senlo by accident, she got a temporary position in the Erudition Society so as to better research meteors and ancient marionetter from her family's past.

Lv. 0: When set as Leader, this Echomancer gains an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).
Lv. 1: When set as Leader, teammates gain an Engraving Stat bonus of 20% (including VIT, ATK, and MST).
Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.
Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.
Lv. 4: When set as Leader, after this Echomancer performs a combo, the Extra DMG of the Echomancers on the field is increased by 60%.

Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Review
Sephonis is an Echomancer focused on Crowd-Control who can fit both on Corrosion and Summoner teams. She can control the battlefield by placing dancing puppets who deal AoE damage while active with her first skill, or instantly root enemies with her second skill. The instant root is a benefit over Aceo's root that takes time, but it has the disadvantage of having smaller radius and fewer uses. Similarly, her first skill only has 3 uses, allowing her to using her Combo effect only once. Thankfully, her Seed Skill “Breaking the Coccoon” fully restores her HP, skill uses and activates enhancements to her basic attacks and skills.
Pros
Can instantly root enemies;
Versatile for both Corrosion and Summoner team;
Seed Skill fully restores her skill uses and HP, making her durable for long fights.
Cons
Active Skill only has three uses, allowing to trigger the bonus from combo only once per ult cycle;
CC is less consistent and has smaller range than Aceo's;
Overall damage output is lower than Gina's.

Tier list comment
Can be used in Corrosion and Summoner teams. Her main utility is to immobilize enemies. Sephonis can only use her Active skill as a combo once, and has to rely on her Seed skill, which regenerates her HP and skill uses. Due to her low output and limited uses, Sephonis stays at C tier.

Profile & Tea Time
Any Formula requires a minimum of 330 score in order to unlock new Dialogues. Full Bonus can be achieved with Coziness 4000 + Bond level 9 or above. There are two types of Formula: Memoir and Score. "Memoir" enables the Memoir book, while "Score" are high score recipes used to farm bond (the numbers in the brackets mean: No Bonus/Full Coziness/Full Bonus).
