Headquarters so often that a dedicated office has been allocated to him.

Rodney is a 4✦ Echomancer of the Vanguard Class, with the Physical Element. A Taunt specialist, Rodney is a straightforward tank whose entire gimmick is to get stronger whenever he hits or gets hit. With plenty of offensive and defensive self-buffs, Rodney can overcome his innately low base stats and become the center of attention, at least of your enemies! He has trouble as a solo tank however, due to his dependency on his active skill and its limited use count.
