Roar is a human from Hiemsol, Senlo. She grew up under the influence of her father, a gunsmith for Cervus Aetheris. This background gave her a breadth of experience in weapon maintenance, modification, customization, and development that belied her appearance. Her free-spirited nature means she's both a genius and a problem child with tremendous destructive potential.

Review
Roar is a 5✦ Echomancer of the Ranger Class, with the Fire Element. Her unique gimmick is her Mode Switch, allowing the player to alternate between long and short range modes frequently, with a cannon and a flamethrower. Roar is also capable of generating small Fire Zones with her Ultimate, and can even create a wide Fire Wall to stop low hanging projectiles and hinder enemies. On top of all those things, her unique Ammunition mechanic allows her to store charges over time to amplify her damage, capitalizing on any downtime to build up momentum. Roar will definitely make her enemies scream under a rain of fire, that's for sure.
Pros
Easy to pick up;
AoE on every skill and Basic attacks;
Can generate wide Fire Zones with Basic attacks in Dry environment;
Flamethrower can bypass anti-projectile barriers;
Benefits greatly from Attack speed buffs.
Cons
Few skill uses of Barrier;
Ultimate is powerful but covers only a small area;
Unreliable Fire Zone generation outside of Dry environment;
Ultimate can be entirely negated by anti-projectile.
