Pris is a 5✦ rarity Echomancer of the
Skirmisher
Skirmisher class who wields the
Lightning
Lightning Element. The character was originally released on January 12th, 2024 in China and they will release on November 13th, 2024 in Global.

Pris, a mass-produced intelligent robot from ADA, was originally part of the Scale Project 1.0, designed to meet entertainment needs of the general public. After a technology update, the company ordered its destruction. Unable to accept this, Pris chose to flee. In 1120, Pris arrived in Hailin and is now a member of the popular girl group, Binary Star.

Hitting units marked with [Musical Notes] deals an additional 50% Physical DMG (ignores DR) (does not clear [Musical Notes]). Every 10% ATK SPD bonus reduces the DMG interval by 0.013s.

Lv. 2: When set as Leader and on the field: Increases the VIT of Echomancers on the field by 20%.

Lv. 3: When set as Leader, this Echomancer’s MST to DMG Rate is increased to 110%.

Lv. 4: When set as Leader, after this Echomancer performs a combo, the Extra DMG of the Echomancers on the field is increased by 60%.

Lv. 5: ATK SPD +5%.

Lv. 6: CRIT Rate +5%.

Lv. 7: When set as Leader on the field: Lightning Echomancers ignore 10% of the target's Basic DR. When an Elemental Reaction is triggered on the field, applies a 40%[Elemental Reaction DMG Bonus] to all enemies for 30s.

Lv. 8: After being switched to Backup, the redeployment CD is reduced by 15s.

Lv. 9: When set as Leader, the Extra DMG of all Echomancers on the field is increased by 50%. Additionally, when calculating the number of Echomancers required for [Inspire], this Echomancer is counted as 2.

Review

Intro

Pris is a 5✦ Echomancer of the Skirmisher Class, with the Lightning Element. She uses her summoned Robo Dog to attack enemies. Her Auto skill enhances her basic attacks, increasing the Robo Dog’s ATK SPD and allowing it to shoot two lasers with every basic attack. Her Active Skill is great for intercepting projectiles in an area and dealing with flying targets, while her Ultimate is great for burst damage windows. The Robo Dog also attacks enemies who have hit your allies thanks to the [Musical Notes] debuff, which deals damage ignoring Damage Resistance. Pris greatly benefits from ATK SPD buffs.

Pros & Cons
Pros

  • Gains ATK SPD when Freda is present;

  • Skills scale with ATK rather than both ATK+MST, allowing more lenient Engraving stat building;

  • Great at intercepting projectiles and flying targets;

  • Gains increased mob clearing ability starting from first dupe;

  • Musical Note damage ignores enemy Damage Resistance.

Cons

  • Lower damage overall compared to other lightning DPS carry options, especially without Freda in the team;

  • Half of Active Skill damage is applied over time as DoT;

  • [Musical Note] damage is physical rather than lightning;

  • Usage mostly limited to lightning teams.

Good AoE coverage, but lacking in every other aspect. Requires Freda on the team to perform at her best, but becomes hard to justify after better DPS and AoE options become available.
